Light and airy, the apartment covers 50 square meters and is newly furnished and decorated to a high standard. In addition, there is a large private terrace covering an additional 25 square meters, offering southerly views over the Mediterranean.
Situated in a modern block, with intercom and entry control from the apartment. Included is a private secure parking spot with beeper-controlled gate. In addition, a lock-up garage with internal access can be provided by arrangement.
The apartment provides broadband WiFi and a colour USB printer/copier.
The apartment is available Saturday to Saturday only. Part weeks are charged as full weeks.
Telephone to Europe and the US is provided free, subject to correct use.
This luxurious apartment offers a quiet, private, and peaceful environment, whilst being minutes from the Palais des Festival (where the International Cannes Film Festival is held), Le Suquet Historic area restaurants, the famous Forville market, beaches, and the Vieux Port.
Top (sixth) floor with lift and large south-facing terrace fitted with automatic electric awning, and sea view, accessed from both living room and kitchen, for convenient outdoor living and entertaining. Living Room with L-shaped sofa/double bed for the occasional guest, two armchairs, dining table, and six chairs. One air conditioned Bedroom with King-size bed (converts to two large singles), and very large built-in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom with bath, shower, and bidet. Separate WC. Eat-in kitchen.
All linens, towels, etc., included, as is cleaning before and after occupation.

Robert and I had an absolutely fairy tale trip to the South of France and much of that was due to your lovely apartment. My compliments for having no false advertising on your website. If anything, it was even nicer than we expected. I was concerned about how far away it would be from everything, but it was great. We walked everywhere including to the train station with our luggage. Robert cooked three nights and had everything he needed to prepare the meals.

We spent three glorious weeks in this terrific apartment. It is conveniently located close to Old Town, the Cannes harbor and La Croisette. Florville Market is a five minute walk so one can enjoy local produce, flowers, fish, olive oils and more. Pauls Bakery is a must. The owners are more than hospitable as are your local hostess and concierge. And, the apartment is tidy, charming and well equipped. Best of all is the view and the lovely terrace. A home run!!

Great Flat in a very convenient location! I stayed during MIP . Very close ( walking ) to Pallais , Old Town, Croisette- everything! David and Gillian were very helpful. I hope to be back soon....

We found this apartment to be exactly as it is detailed in the listing. The location is wonderful, especially quiet at night...when it counts! The area is safe and is convenient for walking to markets for shopping, or to the bus or train stations. Included parking is an added plus! Views from the balcony are lovely, a really special place to enjoy a meal. Herb garden plantings are fragrant and bright with color. The unit is sparkling clean and the kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wishes to dine in. The bedroom was cool and the bed comfortable. The living room was bright and spacious, however my husband has a bad hip and he found the sofa to be a bit too firm. We really appreciated the call from the owners to make sure we arrived in good order and that we understood how everything in the unit worked. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this fantastic appartment! The appartment is just far away enough to escape the festival-craziness, and yet in walking distance to reach everything you need quickly! Don´t miss: Breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by lavender, oleander and sweet herbs and a spectacular view :-) The bathroom features day-light via a roof-window!! The interior is very tasteful and cosy. Kitchen is usefully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, coffee-filter-machine, toaster, ... Much appreciated: the helpful book of instructions - nothing can go wrong!

The location was just perfect for exploring Cannes. The beach was in close walking distance (10min) and the harbour and Festival Hall were about 15min walk. The apartment was in a very good condition including all the facilities (just as shown in the listing photos). We enjoyed cooking many delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The large terrace -witha fantastic view over the sea - was great for sun-bathing, reading and eating outside. This apartment is really worth its rent and we would be happy to go there again in the future!
