Conveniently located, beautiful 2 rooms of 40 m2, quiet, bright, fully renovated and tastefully decorated, located in a residence on Boulevard Clemenceau, 100 m from the beach of the south, close to the old port market Forville, the Palais des Festivals and Le Suquet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It consists of a living room with sofa bed overlooking a quiet terrace of 8m2, a bedroom with a double bed also overlooking the quiet terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, fridge, washing dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob) with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Facilities: parking, wifi, TV, dressing. The apartment is suitable for both family holidays, both for the rental business for the convention. '

Sehr schönes Appartement in der Nähe des Suquet

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Terrasse ist wesentlich schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Bernard!

Logement douillet, plage à deux pas...

Bien agencée et très agréable : mobilier, volets roulants, terrasse, lumineux. Environnement : habitations proches, voisinage respectueux. La Résidence : jolie, lieux communs très bien entretenus par le gardien. Locataires et/ou propriétaires logeant dans cette Résidence très discrets. Situé côté Suquet pas de bruit de rues et à 5 mn de la plage. Enfin, M. Fluzat a le soucis du bien être de ses vacanciers.

Très bonne location

Appartement confortable, très bien équipé, propre, avec une belle terrasse. On s'y sent comme chez soi. A deux pas de la plage et à 15 min du palais du festival, il dispose d'un emplacement optimal au coeur du Suquet. De plus les propriétaires sont sur place ce qui est un atout, ils sont sympathiques et disponibles au besoin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement tres bien situe, a cote de la plage et croisette. Tres propre et dans une zone calme. Les proprietaires sont tres gentils. Nous allons revenir!

Appartement parfait!

Appartement joliment décoré, calme, très confortable et très propre. Cuisine très bien équipé, très bonne literie. Terrasse agréable. Il est agréable d'avoir tous les commerces et la plage à proximité.
