My wife and I stayed at your wonderful home for the first week of April 2011, we loved the position, really quiet and secure as well as being so close to some great golf courses. The Kitchen is well appointed, for me being the chef of the family I loved being able to prepare our own meals for our stay. The pool and spa area was brilliant to relax after golf with a BBQ and swim. We would recommend the property to anyone keen on golf as well as those looking for a relaxing, quiet and tranquil stay in Scottsdale.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We arrived at the property around 8PM and were shocked to find towels in the drier, dirty laundry in the hamper in the Master closet, a dishwasher full of dishes needing to be put away and a dirty pantry containing open, used containers of food (cereal, cookies etc) . Needless to say, this clouded our first impression. Flthy carpets, a dirty slate floor and dishes/pots/pans/utensils covered in dishwasher residue did nothing to change our initial impression. A mess of garbage and recycleables in the back yard, a BBQ too dirty to use and a heap of discarded pool toys around the pool left us with a very disappointing experience. This was not what we expected from the pictures and other reviews. We did work out a financial compromise with the management company but only after making several phone calls and a nuisance of ourselves. No one really seemed to care about the property or us. The house is in a great area and has good potential but, for us, was worn out, severely used and under-maintained. On a positive note.. the bathrooms appeared clean
Owner response:We are also disappointed that you did not have the experience which we strive for with every guest to this ideal beautiful resort-like home in Troon North. This is our favorite house and has the best mountain views. We stay here ourselves several times per year. We have talked with our property management company about your stay and they said the cleaning company dropped the ball-- they did not finish the cleaning. While this is the first time this has ever occurred in 6 years, this is unacceptable to us and our property management company and we have taken action with the cleaning company and the inspection team to help ensure this never happens again. I do appreciate you letting them know while you were at our home so that they were able to improve the situation immediately. Our policy is that the home and special natural stone floor is cleaned and back yard and pool area is organized after each guest. We are happy to provide the following further updates since your feedback: the barbeque grill has been replaced with a new stainless steel gas grill and a professional carpet cleaning company has done a great job deep cleaning and Scotch Guard protecting all carpets in the house. You can always contact me directly if you feel you need more urgent attention and rest assured, our guests are never a nuisance. We truly want you to love your stay and come again.

Place was as advertised. On a quiet court. Incredibly close to Troon North and those surrounding courses. 10-15 minutes drive to highway, main Scottsdale restaurant strip. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are going to golf courses in Scottsdale/North Scottsdale. You're no more than 1/2 hr from a lot of the popular courses. Property management staff were very, very helpful and hand wrote names/directions to places we were interested in.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My friends and I stayed at this property for a wedding that was being held at Troon North Country Club. The location was down the street from Troon and the house was located in a very quiet area. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice and the outdoor patio is expansive and good for entertaining. The house itself is very nice and clean, the master bedroom and bath are especially nice. The pictures are accurate and I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just relocated to Scottsdale and I run one of the top 3 resorts in Scottsdale. This home was perfect for us and a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable stay for my family. The pool is great and the flagstone in the back yard is amazing.
