The Bear's Den is a newly constructed, quality chalet just minutes from Sunday River ski area and located on a dead end road with frontage on the Bear River. Relax in this quiet private home after a day of fun activities.
This home includes an open cathedral kitchen/dining living room area with warm pine interior. There is a 1st floor utility room with a washer and dryer. The 1st floor also includes a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath. The 2nd floor includes a large loft bedroom with a King size bed. There is also a 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. The living room includes a Queen size sleep sofa. We have recently completed and finished the lower level to include 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. This lower level also includes another full bath and a large game room/bar with foosball and pool tables.
We furnish linens including sheets, blankets and towels for all beds. The driveway and road are plowed early during snowstorms and we have a cleaning crew who do their work after each departing guest with assurance that the house will be ready for our next guest.
Surrounded by ski resorts, snowmobile trails, an array of White Mountain hiking trails and minutes from quaint downtown Bethel.
