This Chalet features three bedrooms, a loft which is set up as a fourth bedroom, one and a half baths, living room with cathedral ceiling, dining area and kitchen.

The sun porch has a dart board, card table and various board games. Front deck offers outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. The back yard is level and great for outdoor fun and is adjacent to private property creating a wonderland of natural beauty to enjoy all year long.

Enjoy this gated community with two lakes and three pools ready for swimming, fishing or even a paddle boat rental.

There is also tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and many community planned activities. This home is located a few blocks away from the Minisink pool.

Winter skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder is just a 15-minute drive, Mohegan Sun Casino is a 20 minute drive and Camelback Ski, Waterpark and Outlets are 25-minutes.
