This fully furnished home is located on the waterfront of Lake Pawtuckaway with gorgeous views of the lake, small islands and loons. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake from morning until night. The living room and dining area also offer beautiful views of the lake, private beach and dock.
Lake Pawtuckaway is an easy commute from Boston (one hour), 30 minutes from Manchester, and 45 minutes to the seacoast. It is a quiet lake with many small islands and secluded coves perfect for kayaking and fishing. However its six-mile length can accommodate powerboats, water-skiers and sailboats.
Most of the land surrounding the lake is part of Pawtuckaway State Park which offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and bouldering in summer. Winter attractions include cross-country skiing, ice-fishing, and ice skating, snow mobiling and ATVing on the lake and in the state park.
We are pleased to offer you the use of our home in the hopes that you will enjoy it as much as we do. The only problem is you will not want to leave.
Our home is available off season for long term rental at much lower rates. Winter is a beautiful time on the lake. Please contact us to discuss your rental needs.
