This beautifully furnished home is located on the waterfront of Lake Pawtuckaway with gorgeous views of the lake, small islands and loons. The covered porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake from morning until night. The living room and dining area also offer beautiful views of the lake, private beach and dock. The master bedroom has a private deck with lake views.
Lake Pawtuckaway is an easy commute from Boston (one hour), 30 minutes from Manchester, and 45 minutes to the seacoast. It is a quiet lake with many small islands and secluded coves perfect for kayaking and fishing. However its six-mile length can accommodate powerboats, water-skiers and sailboats.
Most of the land surrounding the lake is part of Pawtuckaway State Park which offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and bouldering in summer. Winter attractions include cross-country skiing, ice-fishing, and ice skating, snow mobiling and ATVing on the lake and in the state park.
The house is less than a 10 minute drive to boat rental, shopping and restaurants, or drive 30 minutes to outlet shopping, malls, and waterparks.
We are pleased to offer you the use of our home in the hopes that you will enjoy it as much as we do. The only problem is you will not want to leave.

We always dreamed of owning a waterfront property and fell in love with this one while sitting on the porch. Remodelling and updating this home has been a labor of love for my husband. He loves making improvements and continues to surprise our renters with new updates each year.

Lake Pawtuckaway offers the serentity of a remote location but is an easy commute from Boston.
It is one of the most relaxing and peaceful places we have been. Our family loves it!
The Unique Benefits of this House
When I am at the lake I can really relax and have fun. There is nothing better than reading a book on the dock and jumping in for a swim. The water is very clean and warm, the moon rising over the water is spectacular as are the sunsets.

I was wowed when I saw the view from the deck.The beach was nice and shallow for kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would come again next year.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
