Enjoy watching your family play in the pool while you soak up the sun's rays from the extra-large balcony of our ocean-side, pool-front, Hilton Head condominium. If you rather, you can walk along the wide gorgeous beach to search for starfish and dolphins. The beach is less than 50yds away from the steps of the condo.
Admiral's Row is the elite section within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, an oceanfront complex, mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations. The resort has ten lighted tennis courts, two pools, an ocean front bar, restaurant, nearby golf,2 pools, playground, fitness room, children's recreational program, on-site bike rentals, close to popular restaurants and shopping.
Many of our guests return every year. I'm sure that once you visit, that you will want to return. We have owned our villa for fifteen years and can afford to make it one of the best deals on the island. It is a first floor unit with a view of the ocean from the balcony and directly in front of the smaller of 2 pools. There is handicap parking with a ramp into the building and also a short boardwalk without steps onto the beach. The villa is beautiful and the well-groomed resort has all the amenities you would ever want.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this villa. It had great seating inside and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect to read on. It was steps from the smaller pool and convenient to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of tv channels and wifi worked great. My family would definitely stay again the next time we go to Hilton Head.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Condo is awesome. Had everything we needed just had to bring our clothes. Great place for a family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Our family has been renting this condo for the past ten years. It's a great value and location, especially for families. All amenities are available in the condo, very close proximity to the beach-don't need to drive! First floor location is great-no elevator needed! Condo is always clean. Entire property is well maintained.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities.
Owner response: Few people realize how convenient it is to be on the first floor. No hauling groceries and packages up several flights or waiting on elevators.

The pools are well kept and the unit is perfect! Have always had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The walks along the beach have been memorable (dolphins kept us entertained). The new furniture is beautiful and you have done a great job decorating. We really enjoy sitting out on the balcony in the rocking chairs, very relaxing! When we felt we were getting too much sun, we took an easy drive to Savannah and enjoyed the sightseeing there. I highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: Savannah is a wonderful day trip for a relief from the sun or something to do on a rainy day. I love having lunch at Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House. The tours from the Savannah visitor's center are very informative and fun. Try the ghost walk sometime..very interesting :)

My husband and I have been vacationing on Hilton Head for many years, and ever since the first time we stayed at Cathy's condo, which was several years ago, we have stopped looking for any place else to stay. This condo has all the comforts of home, is always very clean and comfortable, and best of all, is very close to the (beautiful!) beach. The resort is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. The location is convenient to everything on the island. Thanks, Cathy and Ron, for sharing your home away from home! Year Purchased: 1995
About the owner: I'm a retired medical lab technician from SW Ohio. I have a small business doing high school senior photography. I love working with the teenagers. They keep me 'young'. I also love gardening and keep a nice size pond and waterfall in my yard. This also serves as backdrop for my photography. My other hobby is my horses, which keeps me very busy. I raise smooth gaited Rocky Mountain Horses for trail riding. I am married to Ron and we have together four children, six grand-children and two great-grand-children.
Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort:
I bought in Hilton Head before I married Ron. We had visited there and had a wonderful time. Everything was so neat, clean and close to nature. The next year we went to Florida. We had a nice times but decided that it just didn't compare to Hilton Head. I took my life savings and bought the condo and have never regretted it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We go to relax in the Spring and to do some maintenance in the Fall. While there we always rent bikes and strive to do the entire island by the end of our trip. We love visiting Savannah and always eat at Mrs.Wilkes Boarding House. We love walking the beach in the evening at South Beach to watch the dolphins that sometimes will come 10 yds from the beach. Restaurants are changing all the time on the Island and we like to try out the new ones and then we have favorites that we always visit. Sometimes we go on alligator hunts. They love to lay out in the sun in the Spring. The resort has it's own gator at the lagoon behind the resort's restaurant.
