This nicely decorated beach house will set the mood for your next vacation. You can just sit back and relax while you enjoy "BackSplash." This 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath, three story home with a LARGE, HEATED, PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL has everything you will need to have a great vacation. There is a limited Gulf View, but you will most likely be spending most of your time at the beach (which is a 2-3 minute walk) or at the Large, Private, Heated Swimming Pool. There are lots of chairs, shade, outdoor tables and decking provided so you can enjoy just the right amount of sun.
The first floor has a mini-kitchen area with a large bedroom (Full Bunk, Twin Bunk and Queen Sleeper sofa) and an adjacent Full bathroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) and 2 Full baths. Third floor consists of the den, kitchen, hall bathroom and another King size bedroom with private bathroom.
"BackSplash" has been professionally decorated,has high ceilings, crown molding, free wireless DSL Internet service and JENN-AIRE Appliances. Televisions in every bedroom, stereo system, gas grill, high end appliances, short walk to the Gulf, and Free use of 4 bikes are just some of the amenities of this beach house. Located in a small, private subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach, it is only minutes from Destin.
