"Our stay was perfect. A few comments about the location. It's the absolute best of all worlds. The compromise I usually have to make when I stay at a condo instead of a resort/hotel is giving up on-site food and cocktail service in exchange for more isolation. Here, the unit is part of a small and quiet complex, yet an easy 40 second walk (maybe less) from two very good restaurants and a bar for my evening cocktails. In addition, you're the same 40 second walk away to book activities like the bioluminescent bay (which was wonderful). If you feel like getting in the car you're about two minutes from the restaurant at Rum Point, then down the road another ten minutes or so there are another couple great casual restaurants. I know most folks flock to Seven Mile Beach so we drove there one day just to check it out. It's a beautiful beach but we liked the solitude and more natural, laid back island vibe of Cayman Kai much better. They call it the "island side of the island," which is really true. As to the condo itself, it was clean, directly on the beach and very close to the beautiful infinity pool. We have two kids and it had so much more room than even a high end hotel suite. Quite simply, I don't know what more any family could ask for. I don't want the owner to raise his price but I'll have to say it's an amazing bargain, way below what comparable units rent for. In closing, rent this condo! You won't regret it."

"As before, the visit in December to Kaibo was fantastic. Our unit was/is perfect. From the beautiful clean bedrooms and bathrooms, to the supply of kitchen cleaning items, everything has been provided to make this a wonderful place to stay. The Kaibo area and Rum Point are amazing. We are so lucky to have been able to visit and absolutely would recommend to friends. And we will be back."

"Fantastic lodging and location for those who like a simple out of the way place. Gorgeous reef and breeze.
Accommodations are a charming and have just the amenities you need for a tranquil escape to the Caribbean. The condo structure and layout is a clever design for privacy, natural ventilation and no bugs. Very much appreciated the helpfulness and information provided by the owner."

"Be prepared for the most incredible sunset that you will ever see!
The condo was more than we expected in its size, location, quality, amenities and decor. It truly is equipped and decorated with high end, comfortable furnishings. This unit is uniquely located on the third floor on a corner which allowed for an extended patio and better view which we really enjoyed. You had a an excellent view of the town where you could watch cruise ships arriving and departing the harbor and you had a clear view of the vanishing pool, beach, ocean and the spectacular sunsets each evening. This condo is ideally situated on Seven Mile beach so taking a morning or evening walk seems like you have your own private beach. The water is fantastic and we snorkeled directly out from the condo and saw a turtle, a ray and all types of fish. We used the pool which is a beautiful design but we also love swimming in the sea... both were terrific. This was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in and will hopefully return someday.
The staff was excellent and extremely helpful which made our trip more enjoyable and easier to explore the island, even providing the rental car recommendation was a great help as these folks went out of their way to assist us as well.
We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the Beachcomber and would highly recommend this resort. The Beachcomber, in my opinion is the best place to be on Grand Cayman."
