"The Hammock Beach Mansion was a beautiful home for our family Thanksgiving. The house was the perfect size for us. We couldn't have asked for any more amenities. I would suggest that the cleaning and maintenance team be briefed on some problems with the home. They are not major but did cause some concern during our stay. We had to clean the dust and cobwebs from the hanging light fixtures in the kitchen. It was really terrible to have this over the food preparation area. The book cases in the family room had almost an inch of dust on them so we cleaned them. The master bathtub was not useable due to the dirt on the tub and coming out of the tub jets. The only maintenance item we had was that the tub in the 1st floor master suite bedroom would not drain. I would certainly recommend and come back to this rental again. The beach location and the attention from the Vacation Rental Pro staff made our trip wonderful. For sure - they need a new cleaning crew for this house though."

"What a wonderful stay we had in this condo. There were 9 of us, (until our daughter got married, which brought us down to 8) and we never felt crowded. Excellent complex and love the pools and the beach. When the blender didn't work, it was quickly replaced. You might want to free up some cupboard space for food. Well stocked, though. We would definitely stay here again."

"Family get together of 16 people from all around the country. We fit great into the home and overall very nice. The house could use some minor cosmetic repairs and TLC (fixing broken cabinet hinges, trim work, inspect shower doors, etc.) but otherwise perfect location and beach/pool access and kids loved it. Had to make several maintenance calls throughout the stay for broken fridge, elevator, pool heater, but all minor issues and did not deter from having a great time."

"We LOVED the house in this Lincolnville area of St. Augustine, Florida, (there is so much rich civil rights history that took place right in Lincolnville)----we stayed there four weeks and really got to know the place. We felt "at home" there from the day we walked in. It has SO many features that are SO DARN CUTE! The bathrooms are to-die-for. I rotated taking hot baths between 2 very different bathtubs. The downstairs claw-footed bathtub, with its dynamic afternoon sunlight streaming in through the floor to ceiling privacy cubes---it was an experience in true spa relaxation. The kitchen was laid out well, sunny with windows everywhere. It was a bit cold this January, but when we were able to lounge in the backyard on the huge 6-chair outside patio table, with padded seating for full comfort....we could see how that would have been a place we would have spent most of our time if it had been warmer. We "tooled around town" on the 2 provided bicycles, a VERY fun thing to do, since you can get everywhere on them, all the sites and interests in the downtown area. It takes about 10 minutes to bike downtown and about 20 minutes to walk. You never need a car to access the historic areas (and that's great because the parking is horrid in the main part of town). We were able to get fresh sea food par excellence at Kyle's Seafood--make sure you ask for Trigger Fish, the best my east coast husband had EVER had--we just baked it in the oven in our kitchen and it melted in our mouths. The beds were terrific (we missed our King Size bed we have at home, but that wasn't the Doll House's queen bed's fault!), the linens were classy, the pillows were great. All was well at the Doll House this January!"
