"The home is gorgeous – spacious, modern, clean, and very sunny and cheerful. Four large bedrooms, huge bathrooms, open floor plan, wrap around decks with two views of the ocean (sunrises and sunsets !). Swimming pool with plenty of chairs and lounging space, shower by the pool, bikes to ride, games, tv’s everywhere, the list is endless. The kitchen and eating area are 5 star ! The owners have provided all the cooking and dining amenities, nothing has been left out. Plenty of seating - 12 or more - around the dining room table. The beaches are gorgeous too and only a boardwalk away – fine sand, perfect for swimming, beach-combing, or sun-bathing. You can hike them for miles, or just sit and relax to the ocean waves or watch the sunset. One memorable evening we grabbed the lawn chairs and had a fire on the beach under the stars. And if you need a change of pace from the ocean there is also a community swimming pool a very short walk from Sunsational. Other activities that we experienced were horseback riding on the beach, hiking Cape San Blas State Park, biking the peninsula, visiting the manatees at Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park (2 hour ride but worth it), checking out the pristine caves at Florida Caverns State Park (1.5 hrs), hiking and watching the dolphins at St Vincent Wildlife Refuge, and sightseeing and dining in Port St Joe and Apalachicola. Everything in the owner’s description of their home and area is 100% true. You will absolutely not be disappointed if you rent this property. We will definitely be coming back !"Guest: Joe Date of Stay: January 2013 Review Submitted: February 21, 2013View listing
"We had a great time at the Flying Fish. When we arrived the house was very well cleaned. Great location boardwalk is right next to the driveway. Beaches were beautiful and clean. Will definately consider staying at this location again!"Guest: Kentucky Date of Stay: June 2013 Review Submitted: July 9, 2013View listing
"We had a fabulous week at Sandy Paws! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard almost as much as we did! The decor was super cute and very "beachy", the amenities available leave you nothing to do but "relax, relax, relax!" The owners are super nice and great to deal with! The house was spacious enough for 7 of us to spread out and feel like we had our own space, which, with 2 dogs, 3 teenagers, two young adults and us, was super nice. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but we spent most of the time snorkeling in the bay and catching scallops! We saw everything from dolphins, sharks and turtles to puffer fish, sting rays, starfish and sand dollars! If you're there for scallop season, I highly recommend it! It's so much fun, and be sure to go to Indian Pass Raw Bar, and have some gumbo and crab legs, they're phenomenal! Thanks so much for a wonderful week! We can't wait to go back!"Guest: Leslee Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 16, 2014View listing
"My wife and I had the good fortune to spend February at Kings Landing. This property was perfect. It felt like a new house, yet had all the comforts of home PLUS an elevator. The kitchen was the best equipped of any property we've ever rented. Although not Gulf front it still offered great views of the Gulf from the top floor screened porch. The only thing missing were our children and grandchildren. Our stay was arranged by Scott at Coastal Joe rentals. He and his staff could not have been more professional or helpful."Guest: Dave Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 21, 2014View listing
