  • Great place to stay!

"What a great house we found to spend our vacation while in falmouth. It is clean, comfortable, updated and spacious. Better than described. The back porch is fabulous for breakfast, lunch, dinner..enjoying a book..anything! Easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. Betty, the owner, was very helpful and informative. Just an overall super relaxing experience...I'd absolutely stay again next year!"

  • Great Location!!

"This house was just perfect for my family! My mother in law had her bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom across the way. Our bedroom and the kid's bedroom were upstairs with our own bathroom. The house is in a great location too - just a mile away from the center of town! We enjoyed walking to Oak Bluffs Center as we didn't have to deal with looking for a parking space. Ample yard space and the outdoor shower was a great addition for when we would come back all sandy from a day at the beach. :) This place was a gem and we hope to return next year!"

  • Wellfleet retreat.

"My wife and I returned for two weeks this fall and again had a wonderful experience. The location is awesome, high on the bluff. You get a grest view of the bay and oyster beds. The owner is just the best. Her flower gardens are most creative and as a life time Caper knows where to go for fun, dinner or sight seeing. The cottage is wonderful for a couple with everything you need. If you are seeking a peaceful location to watch the tide come and go, go kayaking, exploring nature or great food very near, this is perfect intimate setting."

  • Great stay on Beacon Hill

"We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's probably three times the size of a comparably priced hotel room in the neighborhood, which gives your family some ability to get away from each other on vacation. We stayed with our two kids and everyone said their beds were very comfortable. The access to the apartment is slightly odd, stepping down into an alley and then hiking up about fifty stairs, but speaking as a former resident of Beacon Hill, this is absolutely typical of the neighborhood. Part of the reason why we wanted to stay in an apartment was to give our kids a feel for what living here would be like, and that's exactly what we got. And though the stairs may seem like a bit of a hassle, they remove you from street noise, keeping your nights much more quiet than they would be on the first floor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the wifi worked well enough for me to attend WebEx meetings and stay caught up on emails. We feel the apartment was accurately represented in the photos and description, was clean and well managed, and we would definitely stay there again. The renting coordinator was also very responsive to us and our various questions. There's a Whole Foods within walking distance where you can get whatever you need, and several grocers within a three minute walk where you can get necessities, or luxuries, like a bottle of wine or a cookie. The neighborhood is fantastic, by the way. You can walk to most places within about fifteen minutes (Fenway not included, that's about a half hour but still a nice walk on a pleasant day) and it's also convenient to several T-Stops. We highly recommend eating at Antonio's on Cambridge Street - a great italian restaurant as good as anything in the North End - we've been eating there since they opened about twenty years ago and they offer a great italian meal in the neighborhood."
