"My family and I fell in love with this cottage! Clean and comfortable, with breath taking views! This property was beautifully located on a quite drive, yet a short distance to quaint towns with shopping and good eats. Enjoyed days by the lake and nights spent next to the bonfire..
Thank you for the wonderful and purely michigan memories!"

"We spent our first family vacation in Michigan at this property. The owners are very helpful and the house was very clean and well-kept. The 60 acres of land was a favorite with the kids. They would look forward to coming "home" and hiking around the property after our busy days of sightseeing. They especially liked the pond with the frogs. The kitchen is well-stocked and the house had everything a family of six could need. Unlike other vacation homes we have rented that had a locked room or closet that was off-limits to renters, this home was completely available to the renters and helped make everything feel more inviting. We went for a run to the lake and back and that was about 3 miles. The view of the lake from the house was very nice. If we ever plan another Michigan vacation we would stay here again!"

"My husband and I stayed up here for a week with our close friends and had a blast! The cottage was beautiful and very clean on our arrival. A little out of the way, so we didn't have cell service (verizon or att), but the internet worked well enough to stream music on occasion. The September weather was perfect for sitting outside, watching the waves or kayaking during the day, and sitting around the fire at night. It really is a gorgeous view from the house, porch and beach. We loved the sunsets over the water, and were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights late one evening.
The cottage was about a half hour or so away from river rafting, fishing charters, Mackinac Island, etc, but a pretty enough drive and worth feeling as if you're away from it all. We'd highly recommend staying at this property."

"We had a very good time at this beautiful place that is as close to Lake Michigan as is possible to stay. Loved the seclusion and the kyacks. The only thing I would do would be to spray inside and out really good for spiders. Thanks"
