Sweet Apartment Este encantador apartamento se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de Campo Sant'Angelo y a 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza de San Marcos. El apartamento está bellamente renovado, dentro de un edificio que data del siglo XV.

TV con canales vía satélite. El apartamento consta de un dormitorio doble, una mesa de comedor y un televisor de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite. Una esquina de la habitación está ocupada por la cocina totalmente equipada, el baño cuenta con un bidé y una cabina de ducha.
Ubicado en el popular distrito de Sestiere, el apartamento se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de varios de los lugares más destacados de Venecia. Estos incluyen el Palazzo Grassi, así como los teatros Goldoni y La Fenice. Un montón de excelentes restaurantes y cafés también se ofrecen en el área inmediata.

La parada de ferry de Sant'Angelo se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie del apartamento. Santa Lucía, la principal estación de tren de la ciudad, se encuentra a 30 minutos en carro, en el Gran Canal.

Great location and clean, spacious property. It was very central and easily walkable to the big sights, but also quiet. Marco was very communicative and getting checked in and out was very seamless.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. Marco was an excellent host especially before we arrived. He provided some restaurants that were close as we were arriving very late. Amazing property right in the heart of San Marco. Everywhere is within close walking distance, including all tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Really clean and quiet, and bed is very comfy. Marco is excellent host who was very helpful.

Nicely Maintained Flat

Great location, near Grand Canal and water taxi/water bus stop. Quiet. Unit well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Mario was quick to respond to any questions and made our check-in easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay- Amazing location!

My husband and I stayed at ‘Sweet Apartment’ during our time in Venice. It was perfect! Communication with Marco was excellent, location was excellent, everything was clean. The a/c worked very well, we slept very well in the bed and there was hardly any noise. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Venice!

Adorable apartment on the first floor (a big plus after traveling all day). Very easy to find. Hosts were excellent to work with. Pleasantly surprised by a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend an instruction sheet for the TV. Not like we were there to watch TV but we could not figure out how to maneuver the remote and could not locate any English channels. Otherwise highly recommend this host and location!

A Gem of and Apartment

Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice.

Excellent location on Lawyers Street!

Extremely clean and modern little apartment on ground floor in a quiet narrow little street off a picturesque square! Authentic Venetian feel! Marco was very prompt in communicating and provided all necessary information - even a delightful bottle of Spumante on arrival. Location was fabulous for walking to all the central sites. Only suggestions for minor improvements would be to add a couple dish towels and also explain in the listing the various possible ways to get to the apartment from the train station. We crossed six bridges on foot with luggage and only later figured out that using the Vaporretti was much more efficient. Delightful stay overall, however, and highly recommended by this lawyer!

A Sweet Experience

This apartment was ideal for our stay and exploration of Venezia! It is easy to get to via the Alilaguna from the airport or train station and a reasonable walk even with our suitcases. Marco was a delightful and responsive host and recommended what ultimately was one our favorite restaurants in Italy & Sicily; Al Gobbo. The apartment is clean, well-appointed and a convenient location to either walk or take the vaporettos around the islands! We highly recommend Marco's Sweet Apartment!

Heart of Venice

Perfect size for a couple. The air conditioning worked wonderfully during the August heat. We had all the amenities we could need within the room. The apartment is in a very quiet location but still walking distance to all the sights and a close walking distance to the ferry/taxi dock making it easy to get to and from the room with our luggage. We are grateful to Marco to his prompt communications and clear instructions.

Meraviglioso

My stay began long before I ever set foot in Venezia! It truly began when I started communicating with Marco, a wonderful person whose well-appointed property I stayed in [literally a couple of minutes easy walk from the S. Angelo vaporetto dock]. The property is on the ground level...an awesome fact when accessing the apartment with luggage. Crisp linens and fresh towels awaited me, not to mention a bed so comfortable that falling fast asleep each night was never a question as my head hit the pillows. One of many beautiful cobble walkways outside the property leads to a sunny square where kids kicked soccer balls while parents enjoyed a glass or three of wine...the bucolic scene made coming [home] each day a welcome experience. Marco has always been spot on and super responsive with accurate property information, and wonderful insider recommendations related to my many questions about best methods of transportation...[vaporetto, etc.], and [local's] taverns where I would find awesome cicchetti and vino rosso...all without tourists. He has a wonderful sense of humor...high intellectual horsepower, and is so welcoming and personable that I now claim him as my Veneziano brother! Ultimately, the Rialto and areas can be the essence of controlled chaos...while I found Marco's [Sweet Apartment] a valuable, effective, and wonderful remedy to soothe my need to decompress and relax at days end. Marco...his wife...and their Sweet Apartment...meraviglioso, meraviglioso!!

Séjour très agréable. Appartement bien placé près du vaporetto,du théâtre, d'un grand supermarché. Seul petit problème mauvais fonctionnement de la télévision. Très bien dans l'ensemble
