Not only is the location convenient, but the villa sleeps four (two VERY comfortable beds), has a state of the art kitchen, ASKO washer/dryer, a Culligan Reverse Osmosis water filtration, a porch which looks over Coligny beach, a land-line (with free calling to 34 countries), 5G Wi-Fi and Cable TV.

Nearby you’ll find cupcake and ice cream shops, casual and fine dining, music venues and bars, all within walking distance of your favorite location.

There are bike rentals and hiking available as well.

Your rate includes access to two guest-only pools, covered parking at the beach, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, glasses, dishes and cooking utensils.

If you want to drive a little, you can find tennis, golf, sailing, boating, jet skis, restaurants, miniature golf, and history tours.

About Roland and Debb Stubblefield in Lone Tree, Colorado

As a couple, Roland and Debb are long time property owners, residents, and vacationing guests on Hilton Head Island.

Having lived on Hilton Head Island before, we knew it was a place we wanted to return as our careers came to an end and retirement approached. We currently have a home in Lone Tree, Colorado; a small, but modern city in the South Denver metro area. We have "dear friends" and "great memories" of our time on Hilton Head Island and life near the beach. We think you will enjoy The Breakers as much as we have and will enjoy going forward!

We adore the location and amenities staying at The Breakers at Coligny Beach as VRBO clients. We recently purchased and remodeled this unit in hopes of visiting the island more frequently also allowing friends and family to enjoy island living as well.

Hilton Head Island has recently completed a beach re-nourishment project before and after Hurricane Matthew. You can read about it further at the Hilton Head Island gov website. While at the site, find more Hilton Head vacation information.

There are a vast amount of shops, restaurants, stores, and venues all located within easy walking distance of The Breakers.

Location! Location! Location !

In the middle of everything and so much to do in walking distance. So pleased the owner checked in with us the first night to be sure all was ok. Pool area was excellent as well. Only criticism is that there could be an extra mirror somewhere. Only one is in the bathroom! At any rate, thanks for a great time!

Perfect location and size. Lovely condo.

We take our granddaughter to HHI each spring break. This is by far the best condo we have rented. The decor was very pretty and the furniture comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a TV in the bedroom. Very nice pool area and just a few steps to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream, bakery, everything you need. You can literally park the car for the entire trip. The owners are fantastic and checked with us to make sure we had all we needed. I’ve never had that level of service before. I will definitely rent here again

Great location right on the beach, wonderful owners, and clean property.

The condo was so great! You can see the ocean from the balcony. All supplies I needed were there. The washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The owners are wonderful and easy to work with. The location is so close to many restaurants and shops. I'd love to vacation here each year!
