Welcome to our Coligny Charm villa, located in The Breakers, a highly desirable beachfront property in the heart of Coligny Beach. You are only steps away from the BEACH, outdoor pool, shops, dining, and grocery store - park your car and leave it! Spend the day playing in the sun and sand then walk across the street to Coligny Plaza - home to the beloved Piggly Wiggly grocery store and 60+ shops, restaurants and entertainment. Bike rentals are also nearby.

THE SPACE
The condo features a fully-stocked kitchen, one bedroom with queen-sized bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy some time relaxing on the covered balcony. This condo is perfect for those who want to be steps away from the beach, pool, restaurants and shops.

The Breakers condos are cozy at 520 sq feet, but everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation is here for you. The space will accommodate 2 adults or a family of 4 comfortably.

Bedroom: 1 queen bed with a new mattress, high quality bedding (down alternative all-weather duvet). 32-inch smart TV and separate closet space to store your things. Compact ironing board and iron in closet. One outlet has USB ports for convenience.

Bathroom: Large tiled, walk-in shower, sink, and 10x makeup mirror with plenty of cabinet storage for your belongings. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided.

Kitchen: This is one of the largest kitchens you'll find at the Breakers!! Full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized electric stove and oven, Cuisinart toaster and Keurig coffee machine (some French roast k-cups provided). Cookware, bakeware, food storage containers, plates, cups and utensils provided. Ample seating at the counter for four people.

Living room: new designer sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 58-inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Large sliding Pella door allows for a cool breeze and sounds of the ocean. Central heating and air-conditioning. Desk also functions as a workstation and includes a monitor with HDMI cable and task chair for remote workers. Perfect if you need to work and are looking for a change of scenery!

Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and wagon ready to easily transport all your beach goodies. Other amenities include an iron, compact ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. Washer/dryer available in the unit.
