Good and nice owner

We enjoyed our stay very much, valencia is beautiful and this appartment also good distance and easy to get in the historic center with taxi or buss. Very nice owner of the appartment, will help you with everything, very clean appartment.

Wonderful place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Ana Maria house. It is very clean and the photos reflect the actual accommodation. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the city of Valencia and this accommodation make the city so accessible. The host is very good and was quick to respond when I accidentally locked my bedroom door. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and give it a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating.

I really like this place, we had everything close by. There where just a few things i understood that it has parking but it didn't, good thing that it was easy to find one around the area. This place had two doors lock inside the apartment, but we weren't sure what was behind them, i should have ask at first, but i didn't, so we were all the time kind of worry what if someone comes in, so if you are going to stay here and are the type of worry person just don't forget to ask, and they probably show it to you. They are very nice people.

Vacances a Valence

Bon sejour dans le logement d’Ana MariaLe logement est tres fonctionnel et bien équipé Les climatisations tres appréciées. Il n’y a pas de place de parking réservé mais.on arrive à trouver une place facilement dans les rues à proximité. Le seul bémol est l’odeur de cigarette à l’entrée mais non ressentie dans les chambres. Valence est une tres belle ville.

Sitio muy completo

Es un lugar acogedor, muy limpio y completo. El piso de abajo es fresco y se esta muy bien. En el piso de arriba el calor aprieta. Menos mal que una de las dos habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado. El sitio esta bien ubicado. La hemos pasado muy bien y agradecidos de que hemos podido alojarnos con nuestro perritos

Precioso dúplex, acogedor y bien equipado, muy limpio aunque necesitado de algunas pequeñas reparaciones. Nos encontramos como en casa, con una anfitriona excelente, Ana María, siempre dispuesta a echar una mano.

Buona soluzione per famiglie

Quartiere carino, appartamento vicino alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus per cui ti puoi muovere velocemente per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Tre camere di cui una con due lettini, due bagni e una cucina funzionali per tre famiglie...non ci eravamo capite sul numero delle persone, forse per problemi di traduzione, quindi ci è stato chiesto un supplemento ma per il resto tutto ok!

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire Ana Maria, l'appartement est bien situé , non loin d'une station de métro, il est également fonctionnel avec 2 chambres et la salle d'eau à l'étage, le salon et la cuisine au rez de chaussée, avec un espace extérieur.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la jolie ville de Valence. A Valencia da Ana

In sette amici di varie età abbiamo soggiornato una settimana intera qui, ci siamo divertiti tanto, la proprietaria Ana disponibilissima in tutto e simpaticissima, ci ha spiegato bene come muoversi e ci ha anche portato lei di persona da varie parti chiedendoglielo, la numero uno! In cinque minuti a piedi si arriva subito alla metro avv. del Cil, comoda anche all'arrivo perchè parte dall'aereoporto, scendi ed in un attimo sei li! ottima anche la terazzetta esterna per i fumatori, anche la cucina è ben funzionale! un ottima esperienza da 10+

Hidden gem

First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. The upstairs has two more bedrooms and a lovely full bath with a walk in shower. The owner lives close by and was able to help with our little and big problems very quickly. The stairs are a little steep, so my 87 year old dad stayed downstairs and only went up to use the shower. We did find parking each day on the surrounding streets. Although I was worried at first by my surroundings, it is a lovely neighborhood and we felt safe coming and going no matter the time of day. We loved our stay!

L'emplacement du logement est pas très bien situé. Nous avons eu de grosses blattes dans le logement. Les ustensiles de cuisine poêle, cafetiere sont hors d'usage. A l'étage du logement forte odeur de cigarette dans la journée. De la musique très forte sur une après-midi pendant environ 3h de temps. Des aboiements de chien sont fréquents. Le logement est spacieux.

Positif : duplex propre et climatisé ,avec petit patios,au coeur d'un quartier populaire et vivant dans une superbe ville. Beaucoup de commerces et transports en commun à proximité. + piscine municipale ( parc oeste) très agréable et à 2 pas. Check in et out très biens...personne disponible et arrangeante. Prix correct. (Un peu) Négatif : - Plage à 20 minutes en voiture ( ça nous a pas empêché d'y aller tous les jours!!!) - Bien clarifier ,en amont, avec l'hôte, le nombre de chambres disponibles pour vous selon le nombre que vous êtes.... - Par rapport à la description, il y a bien 2 toilettes 😊, mais une seule douche + les 2 byciclettes mentionnées , sont HS...

Excelente estancia de vacaciones en Familia

He valorado muy positivamente y recomendado la estancia en este apartamento donde nos alojamos en nuestras vacaciones en Valencia, de lo mejor donde hemos estado. Hemos estado muy a gusto con la casa, bien equipada y muy limpia, con lo necesario para una familia de 5 miembros, lo único es que no está totalmente adaptada al uso con menores de 3 años por algún enchufe muy accesible y al no haber puertas de seguridad en las escaleras por ser un duplex. La anfitriona y su hija muy amables y atentas ante todo, muy accesibles ante varios problemas que surgieron y se solucionaron muy bien, excelente atención. El barrio muy bien, dispone de todo lo necesario para la estancia y visita de la ciudad, no tuvimos problemas de parking ningún día, lástima que esté tan retirado de las zona de playas pero no así del centro. El acceso para moverse y viajar en vehículo propio desde allí, muy bien.
