古い特徴を維持しながら、アパートは完全に改装されました。木製の梁のある高い天井、ルーバー付きシャッター付きの断熱されたバルコニーのドア。 部屋は互いに開いた関係にあり、寝室はリビングルームへのドアで部分的に閉じることができます。 すべての設備を備えた新しいキッチン。 中庭/パティオとエレベーターのある素敵な入り口。 アパートは1階にあり、広場を見渡せます。

Quiet location on the edge of the Old Town. Loved the apartment - clean, stylish with high ceiling and an open plan that still gave an opportunity for a relatively private space from time to time. More than adequate kitchen for dining in whilst having to be a bit careful not to mark or stain surfaces. Some very slight wear and tear on the skirting and one of the outside shutters didn't quite close tightly but these issues are tiny compared to the overall experience.This was our second visit and on both occasions Rene has been the perfect host being helpful about the area and available for any issues.We will definatly be back again soon

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The apt is in a very convenient but quiet location. It’s very modern & has all the amenities if you choose to use them. Rene was very helpful & easy to communicate with. If we ever go back to Malaga we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

A real gem!

Loved my short stay at La Goleta! Rene met me upon arrival and explained the suite and the area in detail. Great safe location - everything within walking distance. I couldn't have been more comfortable.

An excellent apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect and an easy walk to so much of central Malaga. It has the advantage of being in a quiet area even though it is so central to the pedestrian area. The apartment has been nicely decorated and has everything needed for a long or short stay. Rene was very accommodating and helpful. This was one of the best VRBO apartments that we have stayed in.

Happiness in Malaga

Ratings given above illustrate that the apartment and its location was everything we wanted.The lovely Rene was in the apartment on our arrival. He took us for a tour around and showed us where everything was - In general he was extremely helpful and gave us information about local restaurants and various sites we might want to visit. Great apartment and location

The communication from Rene was first class. He was there to show us round the room and explain everything including places to visit. He also arranged our taxi's for us. The apartment was really nice and had everything we wanted. It was a little hard to find but once we got our bearings it was no problem. It was a short walk to the centre. Overall perfect for us and what we required.

Zuhause in Malaga

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung in Malaga genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht sogar Eispacks für den Weinkühler. Der Kontakt mit René war sehr angenehm. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Einfach nur wunderschön

Wir können nach 3 Wochen in der Wohnung nur alles wiederholen und bestätigen was geschrieben wurde. Sehr schöne Wohnung, Toplage und den besten Vermieter, den man sich wünschen kann. René ist unaufdringlich aber sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Wir können nur Danke sagen für seine Gastfreundschaft. Malaga wurde uns in den 3 Wochen nicht langweilig, die Stadt ist wunderschön und es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu erleben.

Excellent séjour

Très propre est proche de tout. À 15 minutes à pieds de la plage. Propriétaires très accueillants et a même pris le temps de nous présenter les endroits incontournables à visiter. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Great apartment in a great location.

This is a lovely apartment with good sized modern accommodation in a characterful building within easy walking distance of the centre of Malaga, yet in a quiet location. René the owner was extremely helpful and had lots of interesting information about things to see and places to eat. We had a great stay and hope to be back again soon.

The location and host were FANTASTIC!

The property is wonderful and had the PERFECT amount of charm. We walked everywhere, didn't need a car at all. Renee was very patient with us and a delayed arrival. I 100% recommend this apartment. The aesthetic was spot on and we felt immersed in the Spanish city.

Perfekt!

René ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Insoweit gab es viele wertvolle Tipps, die meine Aufenthalt bereicherten (la noche en blanco 🙂). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Perfekt eingerichtet. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Sie liegt am Rand der Altstadt und ist außerordentlich ruhig! Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Bahnanbindung ist ideal. Es gibt also nichts zu meckern, sondern nur ein großes Lob auszusprechen. Gracias por la gran hospitalidad. Un abrazo, Bárbara Achtung: Karten für den empfehlenswerten Besuch der Alhambra in Granada möglichst frühzeitig online buchen! Unbedingt auch Ronda besuchen.

Lovely apartment/perfect location

René was the perfect host. Lots of suggestions for dining, markets, etc. The apartment had everything…nice kitchen with coffee set up, lovely shower, confortable bed and balcony overlooking a city square. Located just a short walk (5 minutes) to the city center. Such a lovely spot. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment, perfect location

The flat is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so everything is close without being right in the centre of it all. The host, René met us on arrival and settled us in and gave us a few tips of good restaurants/bars and places to visit. He has also created a really useful guide to the city. He is a lovely host - very helpful and his communication is excellent.

Heel goed apartement

Alles was zoals in de foto's, heel comfortable bed. Locatie is goed, 10 minuten naar centrum van Malaga. Communicatie en inchecken was makkelijk en heel vriendelijk. Wij zal zeker terug komen.

Located in the old center of the city though very quiet at a little square in a pedestrian zone. Authentic details in the apartment: high ceilings with wooden beams, living with two balconies at the side of the square. Decorated with care and taste.

Owner lives more than 10 years in Málaga, so knows the city and the surroundings very well and has a lot of recommendations and tips, which you will find in the information book with maps and brochures in the apartment. The location is superb: in the historical center but very quiet situated with all the places of interest, restaurants, bars and the beach in walking distance.
