Many thanks for submitting a review of your recent holiday. We are of course very happy that you enjoyed the home and its facilities . It is as you say a private semi detached home, however VRBO do not have that option on their choice of property , but we do find that is usually, as it was I think with yourselves, a welcome surprise , we appreciate your care of our property while vacationing, and wish you many happy travels in the future Kind regards

Thank you for your review of our vacation home. We do update and renovate annually to keep the highest standard possible, and we are very happy that you enjoyed not only our home and its facilities but Arguineguin itself and all it has to offer for a vacation. The apartment accepts a maximum of 3 persons as advertised, but is ideal for a couple which tends to be the majority of our guests. The guest bedroom has the option for the king to be made as 2 singles if preferred, but quite a few of our repeat guests are older and choose to use both bedrooms, and their comfort should not be compromised so with this in mind we can offer both options. we absolutely agree that our home is not suitable for persons with mobility issues and this is specified at the top of the property description. Car hire in our opinion while not essential makes for a truly great holiday, being able to travel and discover some of our beautiful mountain villages and secluded beach coves of Gran Canaria the very cosmopolitan city of Las Palmas which offers a special experience. Thank you for taking such care of our apartment during your stay, it is appreciated and we look forward to a future visit from you (property owners) M:F:G Frankfurt Germany

Our towels were in fact new in January, with such glorious sunshine ,when you leave them out in the sun they fade quickly especially in this case the sun bed towels that is one of the reasons that we include a linen and towel change weekly,we take great pride in offering a top service, which we know Susan provides We wish you happy vacations in the future Property owners Frankfurt
