Luxurious and sunny, this two bedroom, two bath, second story unit is immaculate and beautiful as well as air-conditioned.
The Palms at Wailea Unit #206 is located near the pool and jacuzzi. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home.
Offering a fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and stools - right down to the utensils! A dining table that seats six, a bright window seat in the living room for lounging, ceiling fans and tile floors throughout. Wi-Fi is also available. Well equipped with washer and dryer; all linens provided. A spacious 1200 sq. ft. living area plus great views from the large wraparound lanai that makes you feel like you're immersed in the tropics! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.

If golf or tennis are your pleasure, The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Club are just minutes away, the golf course boasts three greens to choose from. If you happen to be in Maui during whale watching season, don't forget to walk down to the beach to possibly spot them frolicking in the surf! You can have lunch (or dinner) at several award-winning restaurants or dance the night away with the nightlife crowd. If shopping is in the cards, visit the elegant Shops of Wailea, just a stone's throw away. If you're adventurous, there are plenty of awesome snorkeling spots within a short drive if you've rented a car. Try venturing further, to Kihei or Lahaina for a boat ride or to Kahului heliport for a helicopter tour.

The Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo. There are community grills available at the Palms at Wailea!
