Located on a tenth floor (with elevator to the ninth floor and stairs from this floor to the last level where only this penthouse is) and soundproofed with climalit windows of the highest quality, you will leave it and you will be in the center and right in front of the Museum of Contemporary Art (CAC) and two of the icons of urban painting of the capital. Just 7 minutes walk from C / Larios and Pza de la Marina, 10 from the Cathedral and 20 from the beaches of La Malagueta. Ideal to walk to all places of interest. It consists of a large sofa bed (measures 1.40 x 2m bed) design and very high quality, dining table with seating for 4 people, lamps, furniture and design paintings throughout the house, as well as spotlights with light adjustable that will make it possible to choose the best environment for every moment, even being able to sectorize areas with light and others without light or with another more subdued tone ... Smart TV of 36 inches with Netflix where to watch documentaries, movies, series ..., You Tube ...

Independent kitchen attached to the living room by an open corridor with a panoramic window, from where you can see the Cathedral of Malaga, the Roman Alcazaba, the famous ferris wheel of the port of Malaga and much of the city; fully equipped with kitchenware and fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 3-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso and normal capsules), kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in a building located directly opposite the Museum of Contemporary Art of Malaga, it is the only floor on the tenth floor of the building, to access it there is an elevator with last stop on the ninth floor so the top floor is to walk up (three steps of 5 steps each). From the apartment, in a few minutes, you can walk to all the main attractions, museums, parks, shops, restaurants and beaches of the city.
Different trips to other cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Seville ... and towns in Malaga such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Nerja, Marbella ... which can be reached either by train or by bus that are caught a few meters from the house in the Alameda Principal and in Heredia Pier.

ABOVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

HOW TO MOVE TIPS:

The car is not necessary to get around the main places of interest in the center of Malaga. There are bus stops less than 5 minutes walk from home. If you come by car, there is a public parking lot right at the door of the building whose negotiated cost for our guests is 15.25 eur / day. There are also numerous public parking and parking facilities (blue zone) in the immediate vicinity.

HOUSE'S RULES:

- Very important to keep the umbrella and all the elements of the terrace that can be flown, when you are not at home

- The minimum number of nights per stay for this accommodation varies according to the reservation

- Children are welcome, "no" accessible by having an elevator only up to the ninth floor (it is necessary to walk up one floor, 16 more steps), smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking will only be allowed on the terrace

- Check Out: 12. 00. Check In: from 16-20 hours. Please note that for Check In between 20-23 there will be an extra charge of € 25 and after 23 hours, € 40

- Possibility of a flexible check-in / check-out depending on availability

- Only people detailed in the reservation can stay in the apartment. If it is proven that someone else did, you will not have the right to return the deposit

- Guests must make sure everything is turned off before leaving the apartment

- Guests must throw away the trash when leaving

- At the entrance will sign a contract whose copy will be delivered. Essential according to the new Law of Andalusia, present identity card or passport of all guests and fill out a Registration Sheet for each guest

- We have prepared the house with a lot of dedication, effort and detail, please treat everything with the utmost care, just as you would like them to treat your apartment

Great location near central Malaga

Walk to everything without being in the middle of the busiest areas. Soho was ideal for us. I also appreciated how Ana Maria was proactive and in contact with us to check on things. All as the listing described. I don’t recommend bothering with a car in the area but if you do, there is a public parking garage downstairs.

Great Place, not for noisey guests

I stayed here alone for 28 days. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, clean, bed is comfortable, AC works well. Is a terrific location to enjoy downtown and is a lovely walk to the beach, approx 15 min. The owners are the sweetest people ever, and really seem to care that you enjoy your experience in Malaga. The deck is nice, however, the pictures do not give the full story. There is a large apartment building towering over the left side of this deck about 20 feet away. So if you think you are going to have privacy on the deck, you would be wrong. Most importantly, the building is full of permanent residents of Malaga, many are quite elderly. They are VERY sensitive to noise. Especially the lady that lives directly below this apartment is very sensitive to your presence in the apartment. I put towels under the dining room chair so that it slid more quietly when I would sit for dinner and this seemed to help with her complaints. To be clear I was the only person in the apartment, I had no parties, no guests, I was in bed by 2230 almost every night. So when I say they are sensitive about noise I mean really sensitive. Either way if you are in Malaga for a bachelorette party or something like that this apartment is likely not appropriate, probably not if you have young children either. If you are a quiet guest that wants to be a respectful guest of this community it is a wonderful way to experience a beautiful city.

A lovely apartment, perfect for 2 people, located conveniently and within walking distance of the historic district, the port, the train station, etc. We loved the outdoor area/balcony, for relaxing and admiring the views, and soaking up the warmth and plentiful sun with the south and west exposures.

Appartement zoals op de foto’s, aardige verhuurders die snel reageren.

Mooi en schoon appartement. Via whatsapp contact gehouden wat vlot verliep. Bij aankomst stond er al iemand bij het appartement te wachten om ons binnen te laten. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Dakterras is erg fijn. Daarnaast hebben we via whatsapp contact gehouden voor tips en vragen over de stad etc

18 Night Stay in apartment at Calle Alemania 11, M

We arrived in Malaga Centro on 12 February having used the train from the airport to Centro Alemeda station. This journey took 12 minutes and cost 1.80E each for a one way ticket. The apartment is on Calle Alemania and it is a 2 minutes walk from the station. On arrival we were taken up to the apartment in the lift. The apartment is on the 10th floor but the lift only goes to the 9th so there are about 10-12 steps to walk up to get to the apartment. The apartment is very stylish and well furnished. It has all of the the appliances and amenities required for any length of stay and we felt quite at home immediately. Upon arrival we found that the fridge had been stocked with wine, beer, water and milk, and there was plenty of tea bags, coffee etc so there was no need to go running to the supermarket on the first day. The spacious roof balcony is a great feature with views to the sea, river, parts of the city and mountains. Other parts of the city can also be seen from other windows in the apartment. In February we got full sun from just before midday until sunset. As the apartment had only recently been refurbished we did have a couple of very minor issues but they were sorted out immediately and we have no reason to think that they would occur again. Because of its elevated position we found the apartment to be quiet. Of course once the balcony doors were opened there was some distant traffic noise, but that is only to be expected in the city. The apartment is in the Soho area, also known as the artistic quarter, and it is actually next to the CAC (art museum). During the day it is quite a busy place with enough bars and restaurants but it can be a bit quiet after 10pm with only a couple of bars and restaurants opening until late. The apartment is however only a short walk from Calle Larios with all of its many bars and restaurants in that area. Calle Colon is a two minute walk from the apartment and here you can get very good menu del dia for between 8 and 9 euros. There is also an excellent bakery, supermarket and banks. All in all we found the apartment to be extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained and we enjoyed our stay of 18 nights there very much. We would definitely stay there again.
