Fully equipped for 2-5 people.
It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace from where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit back and relax at any time of the day. Everything in the apartment is totally new (kitchen, sofas, bedrooms, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING in ALL ROOMS ...), has everything you need for a holiday by the sea.
First floor apartment, fully equipped for 4-5 people, with 1 double room with 1,50cm bed, and another double with a 1,35cm bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room (1,35 ). The spacious living room has an integrated kitchen area. It also has a full bathroom and a large terrace from where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit and relax at any time of the day. Everything in the apartment is totally new (kitchen, sofas, bedrooms, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI ...), has everything you need for a holiday by the sea.

Apartment was ideal, plenty of space, clean, well equipped and a large useable balcony. Location overlooking beach was beautiful, plenty of facilities within easy walking distance. Regular buses into Malaga city were only 10 minutes walk away. Host Juan was a perfect host supplied plenty of information and always available if required, made us feel very welcome. Check-in and check out were straight forward no hassle. Am considering visiting location again in future

Wonderful location!

We had a short stay in Malaga, but really enjoyed this unit. We took a bus to the old town in the morning and at the end of the day we walked back from old town all the way to our place. One hour and a half walk all along the beach, and well worth it!

We love this place because everything is there and the terrace overlooking the sea is breathtaking. Juan is taking good care of his guests. He is only one whatsapp message away.

Right from booking Juan contacted me to thank me for booking. Just before we were to arrive he sent me loads of great info. Arrived on an early flight and was able to leave our luggage there. Flat was really clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the flat. Particularly liked the washing line at the side of the balcony. Great balcony. Most places round about where closed but we still managed to find places to eat. Expected this for the time of year. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

The perfect location

I recently stayed with my daughter. This appartment is approx 30 steps away from the sea. The beach is lovely and clean and the neighbourhood felt safe. Whilst it is a short bus ride from town, we appreciated being so close to the beach. Buses were frequent into town so travel around the city was easy.Juan, the host was quick to respond, was very friendly and the whole stay was faultless I will absolutely return, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Family Trip

We loved the house. Extremely clean and cute. Patio view of the beach. Bottled water in the fridge. My cellphone wouldn't work to connect to my VRBO account to get entrance instructions and Juan (owner) answered phone and within minutes help arrived. Perfect boardwalk for walking, quiet neighborhood but many restaurants within 15 min walk and bus stop 2 blocks away to get downtown! Hopefully we can come back someday!

The best apartment

We were at the apartments several times visiting Malaga. Amazing clean and cozy rooms where you could find all the necessary stuff. This time we’ve stayed with a baby and owner gave us everything we need (chair, cot and etc). Owners are very hospitable family and living nearby so they can solve all the questions immediately. Thinking about visiting Malaga in autumn and there is no question where to stay - this apartments for sure. Thank you very much for the warm welcome

Beautiful Place in a Wonderful City

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every bit of it. The apartment was clean, organized and in such a wonderful location. The patio overlooking the beach was a great place to eat, play games and just relax. The area was busy, but not loud or crazy. The apartment isn't large, but worked good for our family of 4. We were able to find parking along the road just outside the apartment, it took maybe 10-15 minutes to wait for a spot to open, but it worked for us. In the area there are multiple amazing things to see. Our favorites were Caminito del Rey and Ronda. We wish we could have stayed longer to see more things and continue to enjoy this apartment. We hope to return again sometime.

We have been travelling for many years but until we met Juan and reside in the apartment, we didn’t know anything about being a perfect host and a perfect apartment ✔️✔️✔️ Juan is exceptional manager with fantastic spirit and sense of humanity ( when I was sick he did his best to find me a dr. At Friday evening and made sure I had a dr. Visit plus my medicine) punctuation , perfect bilingual ability, very precise and much more that I’m short of finding words for …. We will always go back to this location not only for the apartment but for the great host . Must see

excellent vacation location

This was a great property... close enough to the beach, that you can enjoy the waves from the balcony...while only an hour drive into surrounding mountainous area for family adventure. The host was very informative with local recommendations for food/ adventures and links to purchase tickets beforehand. Everything was there that was needed for a nice, relaxing family get away. Only thing I would add to property is a foldable rack for drying clothes. There is a nice big line to dry there, but it is in the shade and didn't get much sun. But most people don't go on vacation to do laundry... we were a busy family of 5 and I did have to do a few loads of clothes while there. A true gem of a place and if asked if I would go back, the answer would be 'for sure".

We had a fantastic stay!A very warm welcome from Juan and Carlos.Juan responds immediately to your app messages and questions and is very helpful.The appartement:A beautiful furnished apartment.The jewel is the sunny spacious terrace.The sea view is somewhat obscured by the trees lining the boulevard.Everything you need is there.An very clean appartement. We've seen many hotelrooms and appartments but never as clean as this one!The beds are also fine.The location!So beautiful.In the morning with your cup of coffee on the beach. The boulevard is cosy and peaceful.It was also a paradise for our dog, running around the beach!The bus stop is about a 5-minutewalk from the appartment. Busses 3, 8 and 11 run back and forth to the city center.The wait is never more than 10 minutes.We have already booked for next year!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Zum Sonnenuntergang einfach über die verkehrsberuhigte Einbahnstraße an den Strand. Einfach toll. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Juan der Vermieter hatte sich öfters bei uns gemeldet, ob wir zufrieden waren. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem TV wurde sofort reagiert. Für 5 Sterne müsste die Wohnung schöner eingerichtet sein. Es ist alles was man zum kochen braucht vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl, abseits von dem lärmenden Zentrum und Hauptstraßen, gefühlt. Betten sind gut. Wenn wir nochmals in diese Ecke verreisen dann würden wir hier gerne nochmals zu Gast sein. Die Wohnung dadrüber (Meersicht durch die Bäume sehr begrenzt) und die Wohnung darunter (schöne Meersicht, dafür fast keine Sonne ) gehören Jusn ebenfalls.

Très agréable séjour

Le logement est très agréablement situé en face d'une petite plage très sympathique avec de bons petits restaurants traditionnels, et une promenade arborée. Le quartier est conseillé pour ceux qui recherchent l'authentique de la culture espagnole. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Si vous venez en voiture il est conseillé de demander à Juan de réserver une place de parking.

Beautiful location and apartment!

IMPECCABLY clean, perfectly organized, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Juan is lovely and gave us grocery store and restaurant recommendations, and is a fabulous host. I would recommend adding the parking space a block away in the parking garage because street parking is pretty crazy, and hit and miss. The balcony/terrace is divine, and even though it was cooler during our December stay, we still were able to enjoy the sunny afternoons and the balcony view. We will definitely be back in the warmer months! Thank you Juan!

Our stay was great! A minute walk to the beach. Wonderful and very helpful host (Juan). The restaurant under the apartment is really nice with very reasonable prices. The view from the house is spectacular. I highly recommend this place.

We recently spent 4 nights in Malaga, and cannot say enough nice things about our experience. Juan was AMAZINGLY helpful, from the minute I booked the reservation, and the property was well-maintained/nicer than we even expected. We had 4 people staying there, and had plenty of room for everyone. The location was great too (quieter neighborhood, but a very short drive from the Center of Malaga). Juan made suggestions for places to visit (which we ended up doing a few of them), and even had a notebook with a ton of useful information for our stay. If you are considering a visit to Malaga, then look no further. This is the place to stay!! Thanks, Juan, for such a great experience!!

Un endroit authentique et magique ! Le calme, La vue, les petits restaurants le long de la plage

Carlos nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et se donne la peine de nous conseiller pour les endroits à visiter. Il est à l'écoute et disponible. L'appartement est impeccable. Pas une trace de poussière ou autre. La terrasse est très agréable : grande, ensoleillée, avec une vue proche sur La mer. Les deux chambres ont une belle armoire-penderie de quoi ranger toutes nos affaires. Un fond de ménage est à notre disposition, de quoi pouvoir profiter dès le premier jour. Les communs sont nettoyés très régulièrement ... Bref, parfait! Pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit authentique , sans grands immeubles et qui ont envie de se fondre dans la culture espagnole, c'est l'idéal. Merci encore à Carlos.
