Our family has been coming to Panama City Beach for some time now. We rank this place as one of the best places we have stayed. The property was very clean and updated and had a great view of the beach and ocean. Jeff and Angela were great host and the communication between them was above our expectations. Thank you both again for providing such a great property for us to enjoy time with one another!

We had a great time staying here, the full glass beachfront view was exactly what we were looking for and the condo was great. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners was a breeze and we especially loved having the beach chairs included! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It was very clean and is perfect for 2 couples with 2 master suites. We loved the location. Great parking and a good place to walk your dog. The beach was never crowded, unlike the high rise condos. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would suggest is more kitchen towels and wash cloths. There were 2 towels and one wash cloth. Had to wash them everyday. Would have been nice to have had a few sets. The blinds are nice but we just left them as is because they can be tricky to operate. I would put curtains with grommets at the top so they could be easily opened and closed when the sun is bright in the afternoon. However those things would not keep me from staying again. Thank you Jeff for allowing our dog to stay.

This condo and hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach and the view are amazing. The condo is very clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. TV and wifi work great. Parking is convenient (half of it is covered) and never a wait for the elevator. Accessibility is great if anyone in your family has mobility challenges, however there are maybe 10 steps down to the beach. Pizza Hut, a candy shop, ice cream shop, and surf shop right across the street. Even a couple restaurants within walking distance. Less traffic on this end of the beach, but convenient to Pier Park, Pirate Voyage, Target, and Wal-Mart. We will definitely return next year!

This property is beautiful and we have stayed here five times in the last four years. Jeff is a wonderful host and very responsive. The location is perfect and on a pretty, quiet beach, but it is still close to everything you'd need.The decor is charming and we noticed some new additions this year, like the new and modern ceiling fans. Personally, my skin can't tolerate microfiber sheets, so I bring my own cotton sheets and quilt, but the new quilts are cute and very beachy themed.The fairly new rattan sofas in the living room are attractive and beachy, but are outdoor furniture and not as comfortable as the previous couches. I do miss the coffee table with the glass top that used to be in the middle of the couches because it was nice to be able to put a drink there. The matching large ottoman that has replaced it is somewhat rounded and fabric covered, so we actually place a large, firm plastic lid to a storage tub on the top to create a flat, safe surface for resting a drink.We come back again and again because it is a wonderful place to stay and the owners truly care. It's expensive, yes, but it is a little slice of heaven.

This was our fourth time staying at Jeff and Angela's condo in Seachase East and as usual it did not disappoint! The condo is always spotless--not even a fingerprint on the sweeping glass doors! The view is breathtaking, and together with the sounds and smells, truly melt the soul. Over the last couple of decades we have stayed in many condos across the panhandle and this one stands out for a few reasons. The owner's responsiveness is unmatchable. The smaller condo buildings make for a lesser crowd. And, the condo is kept very clean and up-to-date. We also love that it is pet friendly. While we did not bring our dog this time, we have in the past and it is a great perk if you need a pet-friendly option. This place is perfect for our family of 5--myself and husband with our twin 14 year olds and an 11 year old. Over time, we have decided to bring our own canopy and beach chairs. The beach service is just not what it was 10 years ago on the gulf. But, this doesn't inhibit our ability to soak in the water, sand, and the sun. We also travel with our own sharp knife and spices because we like to cook. I would not hesitate a millisecond to recommend this place to anyone I know. Come stay at Seachase 402 East and bask in the awe of God's delightful creation!

Stayed at SeaChase before but this was our first time staying in this unit and couldn’t have been more pleased. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked; offering all amenities as mentioned in the listing. The owners were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one!

This was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at in 20 years of going to Panama. Beach was not crowded because there are no big condos next door. Condo owners were outstanding and communicated very well.

Luxury accommodations, breathtaking views!

We had a fabulous stay! The beds were so comfortable and the views from the huge balcony are outstanding! The included beach chairs were a wonderful surprise! Can’t wait to return, thank you!
