¡Bienvenidos a la casa adosada Las Palmas 15B en Nerja!La casa adosada se encuentra en la zona de Las Palmas, en el Oasis de Capistrano. Esta zona es muy verde y cuenta con un fantástico jardín bien cuidado con dos bonitas piscinas. El Oasis se encuentra a solo 700 metros de la famosa playa de Burriana, con mucho que ofrecer.La casa es luminosa y moderna. Dispone de dos amplias terrazas orientadas al sur en dos plantas y ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar, a las montañas y al jardín del Oasis con piscina. La primera planta cuenta con dos dormitorios y salida a la terraza inferior. La segunda planta cuenta con una cocina recién reformada y un dormitorio con dos camas plegables, ya que el dormitorio es estrecho.La casa dispone de aire acondicionado/calefacción en todas las habitaciones y se ha reformado recientemente con muchos muebles nuevos. El salón cuenta con wifi y televisión por cable.La casa se encuentra a solo 50 metros de una de las piscinas de Oasis y a 100 metros a pie de la piscina principal.Desde el apartamento se puede llegar fácilmente a la playa en 10 minutos y al centro en 15-20 minutos. Hay un buen restaurante a solo 200 metros de la casa y más restaurantes a 5 minutos a pie.CÓMO LLEGARCómo llegar desde el aeropuerto de Málaga al apartamento en Rabat 16, Nerja:1. Conduzca desde el aeropuerto de Málaga por la autopista E-15 en dirección a Almería, Motril. Siga las indicaciones por toda Málaga; Nerja está a 45 minutos en coche.2. Cuando vea las primeras señales de "Nerja", espere para salir de la autopista hasta la última salida; deberá tomar la salida 929.Aquí, siga las indicaciones de "Nerja". 3. Al llegar a Nerja, en la primera rotonda, verá a su izquierda la zona de Oasis de Capistrano (señalizada). Aquí, gire 300 grados en la rotonda y siga las señales hacia Oasis de Capistrano.4. Ahora está entrando en la zona de Oasis de Capistrano. Esta carretera es de un solo sentido y tiene forma de herradura (comienza en la zona de taxis 5 y llega a la zona de taxis 1). Siga la carretera a través de toda la herradura, primero bajando la colina y luego subiéndola de nuevo hasta la zona de taxis 1. Al subir la colina, a su izquierda, verá el apartamento claramente.5. Aparque su coche en la zona de taxis 1. Desde aquí, verá un camino a la izquierda que bordea un seto verde. Sígalo hacia abajo y luego tome el segundo camino a la izquierda. Siga el camino y, al final de la casa, verá la entrada a Las Palmas 15B. Encontrará un armario para llaves en la entrada. Recent visit

This is a lovely property suitable for both friends and family. My only watch out would be although both the beach and town are walkable you need to be relatively fit and can manage gradient changes.

Very nice place

This unit is very comfortable, has been refreshed recently with nice touch. The view is beautiful and the environment is very pleasant. It is at walking distance for commodities and downtown area and beach. We will return to this place without any hesitation.

Excellent location, easy walk into Nerja. Well equipped kitchen. Bed very comfortable with firm mattress and topper. Both terraces excellent size with plenty of very comfortable outdoor furniture. Views amazing from every window upstairs.

Great stay in Nerja

We had a lovely stay for 12 days (family with 4 kids aged 6 and 14) The apartment was great and everything worked well. The pool areas were really nice and there is a couple of okay restaurants and big supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the flat. Communication with the owner was easy and without any problems. We did not have a car and walking to Burriana beach takes almost 20 minutes and is a steep walk - up and down but we enjoyed the exercise:-) It was a great holiday!

Great communication with the hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. The villa was lovely. Great size and great location. My family including two small children and my parents stayed here for a week. The bedroom with the bunk beds is not suitable for small children as the top bunk does not have a side/safety rail so we had to put the mattress on the floor and they both slept in that. We made it work but would’ve been nice to know this in advance. We also had some problems with the drains. We contacted the host and they sent someone out straight away and it got sorted. The grounds and pool area are very nicely kept. Very clean and tidy. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time there.

Excellent Property - Did not Disappoint

Very pleased with the property - it met our high expectations. Spacious and light with attractive terraces in a pleasant neighbourhood with immaculate gardens and pool areas. We’ve noticed that several previous reviews mention the fact that there are some steep hills in the area. Whilst this is an issue to consider, we did I not consider it a problem as the Taxi service was very prompt and the property is close to a bus line from central Nerja. Would recommend the property

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at this apartment, the apartment it’s self it’s lovely with beautiful views and very well equipped. It’s a bit of an effort to get down to the pool, sun loungers are 2€ each a day but are very uncomfortable. Pool is clean and well maintained. We had a car to get into nerja and to go to the beach, there is a bus but we didn’t use it. If your unfit or struggle with hills/steps I wouldn’t say this apartment is for you.

Lovely Townhouse

We had a lovely weeks stay at this property. It is very clean and is very well equipped for an enjoyable stay, we were 2 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. As previously stated it is quite a walk into the town with some steepness but is an enjoyable walk, the walk to the beach is very steep and would be difficult if you were not fit and if you had small children. The swimming pools are very clean, although they are quite small and I would imagine they would be packed during the summer months, the gardens around the complex are kept lovely and the view of the mountains from the terrace are amazing. I would definitely recommend this house. The owners were very helpful and the house is a credit to them.

Impressive apartment in quiet location

The apartment has the wow factor with a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool and sea. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, whilst the bedrooms had plenty of storage space. The urbanisation is quiet, manicured and easy to find. There’s plenty of parking and two decent supermarkets close by. Whilst the location is only a mile from the town / beach, it is at the top of a steep hill, so it can be strenuous walking back and forth. There is a bus, but only an hourly service out of season. We didn’t use the pools on the urbanisation in the end - there was no shade nor loungers at the closest pool, and limited shade at the larger pool. The sun loungers around the larger pool don’t adjust so would have been uncomfortable to spend a day on. Small niggle, but put us off.

Oasis de Capistrano Aug 2023

Lovely spacious 3 bedroom property in Oasis de Capistrano, a very well kept and picturesque development on the outskirts of Nerja. Frederik and Ulrika were very helpful and responsive to any queries we had before arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and we loved to use the outdoor terraces for relaxing. The property was very bright, clean and well maintained with a really nice modern kitchen. The air conditioning was invaluable during our weeks stay, as it was exceptionally warm and humid, and it made for a very comfortable experience and no problems sleeping at night. We made great use of the very well kept pool area too, which was just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The area is quite hilly, with a few steep hills to navigate when returning from the pool, the beach and Nerja town centre (a walk of approximately 20/25 minutes), which would possibly prove tricky for anyone with mobility issues however taxis were readily available when required. A few more pillows in the bedrooms would have been nice, but other than that we had no complaints and would definitely hope to return to 15B for our next trip to Nerja.

VIaje a Nerja

El establecimiento estaba genial, la casa supera expectativas, detalles como el toldo automático, las dos barbacoas o el aire acondicionado u ventiladores en el techo. También las dos terrazas cómodas y amplias. El único defecto que le encontramos es el acceso, entre cuestas y escaleras resultaba cansado acceder al piso. Una vez dentro inmejorable. Realmente nos ha encantado nuestra estancia alli.

Gällande restaurang så finns en nyöppnad restaurang precis när man kommer in på Oasis området, ligger uppe vid rondellen där området börjar. Så kanske ca 150m från fastigheten. Goed, maar minder dan verwacht

Het complex aan zich met tuinen en zwembaden is mooi en wordt prima onderhouden. Het appartement zelf is veel kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden, en er zit nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud aan. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig.

Gute Lage mit Abstrichen

Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos grösser aus als es ist. Vor allem die Terassen können ohne zusätzlicher Beschattung nicht genutzt werden. Leider wurden wir mehrfach gestört durch einen Gestank (Abwasser), welcher den Aufenthalt trübte.

Relaxing Stay

Great Location, Very clean through out ,excellent first floor balcony ,Modern well equipped kitchen, very relaxing apartment would recommend to family and friends. only down side was no face or hand towels , over mattress on beds to soft plus quilt covers instead of proper bed sheets

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic spacious apartment, lovely outdoor and indoor spaces, beautiful complex with pool and pool side bar. Burriana beach15min walk away and Nerja town 25mins walk, taxis are very cheap if you need to get one back. Large supermarkets less than 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend and we definitely be back.

Great apartment

Fantastic apartment everything you need great outdoor space and furniture. Very spacious apartment for a family of five air con very good. Enough utensils and plates and pans very modern equipment Great views from both terraces really great location overall a fantastic stay in a great apartment will stay again .

Très bon séjour

Séjour de 11 jours très agréable, la propriété est très bien équipée et très propre. La clim est fonctionnelle est tres appréciable. Dommage pour les piscines fermées et quelques activités manquantes (centre de fitness, bar de l'oasis fermé). L'emplacement est très calme et très jolie mais un peu loin du centre ville ; il faudra emprunter un taxi pour 10€ ou marcher environ 35 minutes. Très satisfait d'un point de vue général.

Dear Hugo We are happy to hear that you like our apartment and the area of oasis de Capistrano and that you found it very beautiful and peaceful. Regarding the distance to center of Nerja it is 1500 meter, and nearly all our tenants walk to the center in 20 min, but there is also a bus stop and a taxi stop if you like.
