Spacious villa, part of a beautiful terraced house is located in a pretty village in the heart of the Dolomites, on the slopes of Mount Antelao and 20 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo. Due to its large size the house can comfortably accommodate a big group of friends or a large family. It’s equipped with all the comforts to make your stay peaceful and pleasant in a healthy environment surrounded by nature.



The villa is 180 square meters, spread over 4 floors and has two separate entrances. The living area is large and bright and consists of a kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has 2 sofas, LCD TV and Wi-Fi. A large patio-door leads onto a panoramic and sunny terrace, equipped with a large table, chairs and umbrella. On the same floor there is a small service bathroom.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, both with a balcony and a big wardrobe and a large bathroom with bath-tub and shower. On the attic floor there are 2 other bedrooms with a balcony, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower.

Under the living area guests have a large and comfortable laundry with washing machine and everything needed for rolling and ironing, very convenient both in summer and in winter, to store and dry the equipment for mountaineering or skiing. To complete the property two parking spaces in the garage and possibly also an outdoor parking space.
