LARGE MAS with pool in the middle of vineyards and orchards near UZES

We are close to uzès and Pont du Gard, Orange and Avignon.
A large authentic farmhouse (350 m2) and outbuildings carefully restored, a large swimming pool surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The village of Cavillargues is 1.5 km away. Our nearest neighbor is a farmer. It produces vegetables and seasonal fruits grown in open fields without pesticides.
In the summer we enjoy many festivals nearby and markets of regional products, including that of Laudun or that of Uzes which is very famous.
The stone farmhouse is built around a closed courtyard. The pool is in front of the house at the end of the large lawn.
The main house includes: the kitchen, a large living / dining room (80m2), a small living room (2salons directly overlooking the large terrace), the master bedroom (bed 160cm) with bathroom and toilet, the dormitory children (4 beds) with shower room / WC and a girl's room above the large living room.
2 independent bedrooms with each bathroom / WC are installed in the annex, one at the end of the terrace (160cm bed), the other, the vaulted bedroom full foot (160cm bed).
The very large terrace (22 m long) that runs along the entire house above the vaults is a perfect place to live half shade for meals, thanks to the trellis which is a real umbrella, half sun for sunbathing.
Many tourist sites all around the house as well in the Gard than in Ardeche or in Vaucluse: Pont du Gard and Uzès, the beautiful village of Gard such as Goudargues or La Roque sur Cèze, the caves of Ardèche, the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the arenas of Nimes or the ancient theater of Orange.
The many festivals: those of Orange or Avignon but also Uzès or Tresques for example.
