Welcome to Owl's Loft, a private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upstairs apartment in a charming 1930s Mid-Century Modern Decor Home. You'll appreciate its proximity to a vegetarian restaurant, brewery, and yoga studio.

Nestled on a tranquil block, the street is shaded by beautiful trees, and the neighbors are friendly. Natural light fills this house, making it perfect for small families, urban explorers, and beachgoers seeking diversity and local hotspots. Located near Central Historic Downtown St. Augustine, in the west king district, and about 2 miles from Anastasia State Park beach, Owl's Loft is situated in the perfect neighborhood and would provide you a peaceful retreat centrally located to everything.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open living room and dining area. Both bedrooms are medium-sized and bathed in natural light. One has a queen-sized bed, the other a full-sized bed. There's also a comfortable couch in the living area.

The master bedroom has its own full bathroom for added privacy, and there's an additional full bathroom off the living area. The modern kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals, and the bar area is great for serving or enjoying company while you work your culinary magic.

There is also a magical front deck – a perfect spot for listening to birds and savoring your morning coffee. Owl's Loft is your ideal retreat for a relaxing stay.
