Appartement de luxe au-dessus de la vieille ville de Hastings

L'appartement s'ouvre sur le jardin de notre maison Ă©douardienne, au-dessus de la vieille ville de Hastings. La chambre principale a un lit Ă  baldaquin confortable, la deuxiĂšme chambre a des lits superposĂ©s Ă  baldaquin! L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine moderne comprenant un lave-vaisselle, d'une salle de bain avec douche Ă  l'italienne et d'un charmant salon avec porte-fenĂȘtre Ă  la française et d'un confortable feu Ă  gaz au charbon de bois vivant pour vous rĂ©chauffer aprĂšs une promenade vivifiante en automne. L'appartement est idĂ©al pour quatre personnes mais le canapĂ© du salon se transforme en un petit lit double pour un ou Ă©ventuellement deux. Il y a beaucoup Ă  faire dans et autour de Hastings. La vieille ville, le bord de mer et le parc naturel sont tous accessibles Ă  pied. Par consĂ©quent, que vous aimiez la chasse aux antiquitĂ©s, le peignage sur la plage ou les promenades ventĂ©es, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de trouver de quoi vous occuper. Descendre Ă  travers la vieille ville sur le front de mer et la galerie Jerwood prend environ 15 minutes.

A very pleasant stay with our hosts Clare and Andrew in the heights of Hastings. Seduction guaranted by their wonderful garden and the nice atmosphere of the appartment where we spent a happy week mid August !

We had such a lovely stay - the hosts were accommodating and friendly and the property was cosy, homely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the autumn mornings, which felt like a sanctuary - listening to the birds and enjoying the plants and trees. The gas fire in the living room was warming in the evenings. Beds were comfy, space was clean and it's a lovely location up on a hill, an enjoyable 15-20 minute ramble into Hastings Old Town.

Perfect 1/2 way home break

Perfect location for 2 nights. The owners, Claire and Andrew made us very welcome and gave us helpful tips on what do do in Hastings. Very clean, comfortable accomodation and beautiful garden.

Great hosts, great location

Second time we’ve stayed with Clare and Andrew as made so welcome on our last trip and this time was no different. The property is spotlessly clean and less than 15 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town. Great place to stay

Good location, great space

Spotlessly clean and within a 5 minute drive of the beach/town centre or a 15 min walk away. Quiet location and spacious rooms. Very comfortable double bed. Lots of storage, equipped kitchen with basics - salt etc. On-street parking with spaces available. Great communication from hosts. Would book again!

Lovely long weekend in Hastings

Great property for a stay just near enough the old town and seafront to not having to take the car, kids loved the bunk bed and apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed. Friendly owners, we had a fab time.

Great location in hastings

A nice English stay over on our stop in Hastings. The location is beautifull, and a 10-15 minute walk brings to to the old hasting city center, from which you can reach all the attractions. Housing was clean and sufficient for the stay.

A perfect stay in Hastings

My husband and I had a perfect stay in the apartment of Claire and Andrew. Lots of room, a beautiful garden and lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome in every way. Thanks! We love walking and enjoyed the nature reserve, the coastline, Hastings old town and buslines within walking distance from the house.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and made for a very relaxing and peaceful respite for our family after several days in London. The owners were very kind and attentive and the apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to shops and pubs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hastings.

Absolutely spotless

Andrew and Clare are absolutely delightful hosts nothing was too much trouble for them.The apartment was very cosy and yet spacious absolutely immaculate throughout it’s ideally located and there’s even a slight sea veiw from two of the rooms.would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we definitely be coming back.

I would come again!

I chose this accommodation because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. The hosts were very friendly. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. In the kitchen was everything you needed. The garden is beautiful and it was wonderfull to have breakfast or just to sit there. We felt very comfortable.

Great property with gorgeous garden

A lovely little break in a period property. Comfy beds with quality bed linen, good shower and delightful lounge looking over the beautiful garden. Would have liked to have walked to the old town and seafront but the weather was too bad unfortunately. A short drive takes you to the front and the quaint old town with an array of antique shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location and hosts

Beautiful space, perfect as a base to explore the area. Garden is immaculate and with a lovely veranda area to sit outside. Clare and Andrew were welcoming and helpful. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you may need and also some condiments. Lovely bathroom with a great power shower and plenty of hot water. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of local information leaflets and games (plus Lego) to keep all ages entertained if the weather is not kind.

Lovely house with garden

Warm welcome we received from Clare and Andrew. Absolute lovely people to talk to. Clare helped us for our trip and informed us with a perfect kids walk up to the east cliff. House is perfect for a family (we have 3 kids). We could use the garden and had breakfast there in the sunny morning. We absolutely enjoyed this garden! Easy walk to the Hastings center.
