Tolles Appartment was mitten im Ortskern von Juan les Pins liegt.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet,der Balkon ist riesengroß.Lediglich dem Straßenlärm (Mottorrädern) und der Größe des WCs würde ich einen Abzug geben.Aber ansonsten alles top top.

our autumn retreat

This was our third stay of a one month duration and we hope to make our fourth visit next year that says it all really we love the location the sunny balcony gets the sun all day and we enjoyed 28 days of sunshine there. its a bit noisy but that dose not bother us as this place is right in the centre of the town with lots of activity.and you don't need a car the transport is so convenient this is a holiday apartment and as such it suffices but being British we do miss an oven but the eating places are good and very convenient and our favourite is a take away pizza a bottle of wine enjoying the sunny balcony Very enjoyable Bob¨

Perfect stay at Côte d'Azur

Many years me and my family come for vacation at Côte d'Azur. Many places rented and not always perfec. This time it was a match of everything: extremely polite and helpful owner, very close to the beach, big supermarket for food and everything-just behind the corner, where also you can find best restaurants and bars of Juan-les-Pins (we highly recommend Pousse Pousse Asian food restaurant and Lou Cancan French and Italian good quality food), and of course huge Terasse and sea view with so beloved pins of Côte d'Azur. Another huge advantage of this apartament is air conditioning of both rooms, which you may find not in all apartments for rent. I also appreciated very comfortable bathroom and big living room which you may also find rare in south of France. All equipment in a very good condition (almost new, some even fresh) and everything is very clean and perfectly maintained. My family and me are very thankful to Carine (and her husband) for that apartament and kind welcoming and assistance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for quality vacation at Juan les Pins.

we returned to this apartment for the second year and in general we found it clean and in a great location we come at the end of the season and it was clear every body does not have the same respect as we do ie the barbecue was again broken and various small damage that was more than likely caused by neglect rather than accident but that said we did enjoy our stay and corine was as usual friendly and we our considering returning if we can next year so we still rate our stay for our month one downside we did not have an oven think I said this last year but overall a nice holiday

Super Appartement !!

Appartement idéalement situé: Commerces, plage, restaurants, bar et nightclubs à proximité, tout peut se faire à pieds. Le propriétaire et Carine la personne du check-in sont arrangeants et très aimables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement PROPRE, MODERNE et très bien équipé. Nous le recommandons à tous même en hiver (notre séjour).

Very nice appartment at a great location!

Me and my husband had a fantastic holiday at JLP! The appartment is perfect renovated. It's very well located, just a few steps from the beach, the shops, the restaurants, the supermarket, that's just so easy.The street is a little bit crowdy, but at night you don't hear anything. We slept very very well. Also the airconditioning and the WIFI (that is fast), is an advantage. It has also 3 differtent entrances, which can be handy. The complex is very well secured. The kitchen is provided from all the utilities you need. The owner is a very friendly and honest person. We had a few comments, nothing very important, I told this at the owner and I'm sure he will solve it. We would highly recommend this appartment. And we surely come back.
