My stay in the apartment was overall very pleasant. The owner is extremely kind and always helpful, which made me feel well taken care of from the very beginning. The location is excellent – just a few steps from the beach, which made the stay especially relaxing. The size of the apartment is also a big plus, offering plenty of space so you never feel cramped. However, the apartment is a bit old and could benefit from some renovation. With a few updates, it would truly be perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway in Juan les Pins

recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming 4-room apartment in Juan les Pins with my family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment is wonderfully located just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday. The space itself is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Each room is tastefully decorated, providing a cozy yet welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The living area is bright and airy, offering plenty of space for all five of us to unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. Traveling with three teenagers, we particularly appreciated the apartment’s proximity to local attractions and amenities. Not only is the beach just minutes away, but there are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We enjoyed exploring the charming streets of Juan les Pins and discovering its vibrant atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns truly set this experience apart. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. If you’re looking for a delightful place to stay in Juan les Pins that offers both comfort and convenience, this is the perfect choice. We will d

Had a great long-term stay!

My friend and I stayed at Chris' flat for over clise to 4 months while we were doing a semester of university in Antibes. The flat was tidy and had all the essentials we needed... furniture, cooking equipment, towels, etc. The location is quite good - seconds away from the beach and a little walk away from the bustling part of Juan-les-pins. The few problems we had during our stay were quickly addressed. This flat is great for short-term and long-term stays. Thanks Chris!!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay at Chris's place. The house is very close to the sea, it has a nice living room with sofas and TV, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook something. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, drying rack. Beds are comfortable. Communication with Chris was always helpful! Recommended!

Lovely apartment close to the beach

I really enjoyed the property, very close to the beach and this is so convenient when you have young children. You can find plenty of small grocery shops within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very spacious and has all amneties that you would expect. The host was very lovely, always available to help when required. We will definitely go there again.

Not best for long term stay

Upon arrival the apartment was filthy. I had to go out and buy all the cleaning supplies and the ones provided were not sanitary to use. Then I had to spend a whole day cleaning the apartment. I did reach out to the owner and he apologized and said he would reimburse me for items that I needed to purchase. Some issues were supposed to be delt with by the property manager and I waited around a whole day for him and he did not reply until the next day. In mid summer this place gets extremely hot, and dirty bc you need to have the doors open. I believe the only benefits were how close we were to the train and beach.

We're really sorry that on this occasion the apartment did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication it was not of our usual clean and well presented standard when you arrived, however, as you say we responded quickly to try to remedy that issue. As the particulars make clear, there is no air conditioning in the apartment and due to the heat in the summer this does mean that windows need to be left open (as with many similar apartments/ homes in the area that are very close to the beach as we are). The apartment is of course priced taking all of that into account. This is the first time we have had a long term let over the summer (others have been in the cooler seasons or short summer lets when we have had great feedback as you will see below) so we will learn lessons to ensure this doesn't happen again.
