Our condo is perfectly situated on the 12th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, two Full sized beds in the 4th bedroom and a sleeper sofa.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Friendly

This condo was perfect for our large family! It has great views and is decorated nicely!The only suggestion we have is for there to be a plastic shower curtain for the bathtub shower.

This was the first of many years to come with an annual Girls Trip and Phoenix did not disappoint.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

Trip was great, condo is as it is stated on site. My only issue is with the lack of items in the kitchen to cook for a group of 9 and some of the bed comforters had stains on them.

Perfect location excellent building

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! There is plenty of room and places to sleep. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the beach area was great also. We had no issue finding a parking space, and never waited on an elevator. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for cooking for a large group, but that is our only observation.

Condo is very large and decorated nicely. Great view from large corner condo with views from the beach and the bay. Some upholstery is a bit worn. Our first morning when trying to cook breakfast we realized there was only worn out scratched pans so I emailed the condo and they delivered a brand new set of pans and skillets within an hour so that was impressive. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything and the bed rooms were very nice with comfortable mattress's.

My stay was fine however the beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky in all rooms. Inexpensive mattresses unfortunately. Everyone's backs began to hurt. Even my 25 year old son, his back began hurting. The condo layout and other amenities were fine and the view is lovely. Unfortunately, I left my briefcase in the unit and no one was able to "find" it. So my laptop and other items...gone. PM said no one turned it in or found it.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view, beach was not busy, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning, condo had everything we needed for a family of 9 (including an infant), plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean and close to all local attractions. Staff was very responsive so I could easily plan our trip and everything was in working order when we arrived! We had zero problems with the condo! Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

A cute, nice place

This stay was pretty great. The rooms were pretty nice but the pillows in the master bedroom were a little thin. Also, the jetted bathtub does not work. The dryer needs a little maintenance as it doesn't dry clothes very well. Also, it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and a pot holder. However, other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. Being on the beach was really very relaxing and convenient. We would stay here again.

Really Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice property right on the beach. Our family had a great vacation here. Condo was clean and very nice. Walk right out from the pool area to the beach. Close enough to walk to some restaurants. Nice kitchen to cook in so you don’t have to eat out at every meal. Charcoal grills available down by the pool. Had a couple very minor issues, and Property Manager responded immediately to take care of them. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Gulf Shores.
