The Soho Suites building is located next to the Central Market and the Lonja de Valencia and 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, with access by a car lift. Parking is not included in the price and it is necessary to book in advance because spaces are limited.



The apartment accommodates groups of 7 people and is divided into two double rooms, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms with shower and two televisions.

The apartment is very close to the central Mercat and cathedral plus there is a coffee and pastry shop around the corner. Only thing that was off was the street on one side was apparently hooker alley and pimps. We walked through it many times with no issues. Thanks for a great stay

It was great few days in Valencia. Location of apparent is very convince, near the city centre. Easy transfer from airport and to airport. Hospitality was also very good. If we gone have a chance for sure we will take one more time this location next time. Some lights in apartment blinking.

Great stay at a central location in nice Valencia

The property is very clean, a bit noisy especially when other travellers move their chairs (tip: use Felt Furniture Protection Pads) During arrival we received all the information needed to have a great stay. Almost the whole historic center can be reached by walking only from the apartment. Only the beach and oceanographic you need to travel by bus or bike. For sure we will come back.

Overall great space

I stayed with my family for 6 weeks while teaching in Spain. Size of apartment is great. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard mattresses. The staff were amazing and very nice about everything. The neighborhood can seem sketchy. The “ladies of the night” work directly in front of the apartment entrance. I never felt unsafe, but I wish I would have know before staying there with my children. The walls of the apartment are also very thin and you can hear everything.

The location was perfect. The people were friendly and the accommodation was big enough. We couldn’t use both showers at the same time. The walls in the shower weren’t very clean. The chairs make lots of noise on the floor. Put something underneath for protection. The outside door makes a lot of noise closing it. Everybody can hear this outside the appartement.

Good place

Booking easy, good communication from company. Checking in very easy. Flat clean but could do with mould being cleaned off sealant in bathrooms. Also a cafetiere would be nice. Flat in good location to get to places but appears to be in the red light district with women on street corners.

Located near the Central Market, almost all key sights in city are within 15m of walking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great city to visit with family and friends. Beware that most museums are closed on Mondays.

Vlak bij de oude stad. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Fiets huren aan te raden om eerst de stad te verkennen

Comfortable Family Stay

This unit is inside an apartment hotel with a concierge and communal laundry facility. The unit was spacious and clean with excellent communication by the property manager. The kitchen was lacking a tea/coffee pot, a sharp kitchen knife and ice cube tray, but the manager was able to source most of these items for us quickly. The location is good in that it is a short walk from the Central Market and the old town, however the immediate streets around the property, while safe, did have some interesting characters. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with our 2 children and elderly father.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt

In nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten. An den Strand mit dem Taxi ist es auch nicht sehr weit und die Taxi's sind zahlbar. Die Wohnung war schön und kann jederzeit weiterempfohlen werden.

Die Lage ist genial, da man sofort in der Altstadt ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man nicht während der Öffnungszeiten da sein kann bekommt man alle Infos rechtzeitig zum Einchecken . Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Great location

We were a party of six and found the apartment ideal for our needs. Particularly liked that our room was off a corridor with its own bathroom which could be shut off from the rest of the apartment giving us much needed privacy. Extremely well stocked cutlery and plates but we did get a broken corkscrew which was a little annoying. Minor quibble though. Very well placed near the wonderful central market which must rate as one of Europe’s best buildings. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Valencia. It is spotlessly clean and the staff, particularly Laura are extremely helpful. Only one small issue and that’s the fact that the en suite bathroom in one of the rooms is open plan, ie no door on it. This meant no privacy for two friends who were sharing the room. Otherwise nothing negative to say at all.

Schöne grosse moderne Wohnung.
