Perfect for a Coastal Stay

I stayed here during a family vacation that included a two-year-old. The apartment was perfect. The location was ideal for walks into town and the beach. While the apartment was on the first floor, the bedrooms are situated away from the street-facing wall and provided quiet.

Lovely apartment, great location

Large, 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom apartment. The host met us at the property and showed us around and gave good recommendations for visiting San Sebastián. Easy walk to the Old Town but lots of nice restaurants within minutes walk. Was allowed early check in which was really helpful. Would love to return.

My family including five adults and a one year old stayed for several nights in this great 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in a great location in San Sebastián. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Hosts were easy to work with. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend this VRBO rental.

Location, community and Pinxtos!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián! After arriving by train we were greeted by Inigo curbside, walked up a flight of stairs and entered our oasis for the week. The personal touch provided was fantastic. Our lodging was awesome - clean, convenient and local! We would open the windows and let the life of the community in, the sounds were fantastic! You could hear children playing and church bells ringing on the hour. A quick 2 minute walk and you were able to grab a pinxtos and some wine or go to a grocery store. Our 4 Pre teens loved the location (5 min stroll to the beach) Safe and clean, this spot is definitely a place we are coming back to.

Just what we needed!

We arrived to this FABULOUS place after three crazy days in Pamplona. This was the perfect, most comfortable VRBO, as it had great sleeping arrangements, comfortable beds, three full bathrooms, and a couch we all enjoyed. The location is note worthy, on a beautiful park, and two blocks from the beach. We walked everywhere!

Las fotos no defraudaron.

La situación es perfecta, porque está un paso de la playa de la Zurriola y no está lejos de la zona vieja, y la playa de La Concha, viene muy bien para ir y volver paseando y disfrutar de la ciudad. Al llevar niños el parque que está debajo de casa es muy práctico y por la zona hay varios restaurantes para pintxar si no te quieres alejar mucho. En cuanto al piso, muy limpio, y práctico, todo perfecto!!, eramos un grupo de ocho personas con tres niños y todos hemos quedado encantados y volveríamos a repetir. La atención del personal de Iberorentapartaments, rápidos y serviciales.

Viajábamos por trabajo y necesitábamos un alojamiento donde cada persona pudiera tener intimidad y espacio propio para descansar además de tener un espacio común. Este piso nos ofreció todo eso y más pues todo estaba nuevo y decorado con un gusto exquisito. La guinda del pastel es la ubicación. A pocos minutos de la playa de la Zurriola y del auditorio Kursaal que a su vez está a dos pasos de la parte vieja. Todo fue perfecto.

El apartamento es exactamente igual que en las fotos colgadas: esta impoluto y súper completo. La ubicación es inmejorable. El dueño del apartamento es encantador, estuvo pendiente en todo momento y nos puso todo súper fácil. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a San Sebastián, volveremos a reservar este apartamento.

Great location

The apartment, which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is spacious and clean and very comfortable for 4 couples . The beds/pillows are extremely comfortable and with air conditioning in the bedrooms and no noise at all from outside it was easy to get a good night's sleep. We had a car and were concerned about where we would be able to park but there is an underground public car park literally right outside the door. During our stay we were disappointed that there were some basic things not available (eg toaster, wine glasses) only to find out when we checked out that the Ibororent representative who met us when we arrived had failed to point out that there were 'not immediately apparent' cupboards where these were kept. The safe in the apartment only had instructions in Spanish/Basque; we locked our valuables in and couldn't get it open with the code we thought we had set. When we called the agent for help he said that he didn't know what to do and was too busy to do anything. Fortunately we met a friendly 'local' neighbour who lived in another apartment in the block who helped us open the safe again and get our things out. Although he said he would try to come round to help us set a code so we could use the safe, the agent never came round. One of the showers leaked when used but we felt confident that this would be taken care of after we had left (we only reported it on checking out). Location of the apartment is great - a short walk to the beach and to the old town, a supermarket right next door, playground outside which would be great for families with children, cafes, bars and other shops all very close by. Definitely recommend this apartment - just need a little more time spent by the person who checks you in to ensure that you have all the information on where things are.

Better than expected?

It is not often that you walk into a rental property and feel like it is much better than the pictures indicate. Everything in this apartment is new, it is light, airy and spacious and the location could not have been better. While in the heart of the San Sebastián action, it was very quiet with the windows closed. Easy check in and quick response. We were a group of 7 people for ten days in the 4 bedroom/3 full bathrooms apartment and could not have worked better. Highly recommend both this apartment and the company that runs it.

Great price and location

The location was great, a quick walk into the Old City and the physical apartment was very nice. Would definitely recommend for the value we received! The apartment building had a mildew smell, but besides that everything was good.
