We got the keys in a box which is fine, the scary thing is that I got several scam mails and chats after I booked this apartment so the IT solutions is not secure, be careful when you login! The washing machine was not working and we did not get any help or discount from the landlord but anyway from Vrbo. The bed is hard, noicy neighbors, but overall a nice apartment with a nice view in a good central location.
