The house is located on the top of Montgo mountain with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor is distributed into a dining-living room with amazing view over the Mediterranean and also beautiful sunsets, 1 kitchen and 1 toilette. The other floor offers 2 separate bedrooms (one king bed and one triple bunk bed) with also spectacular view over the sea, 1 bathroom and 2 spacious terraces with a small garden and a wonderful swimming pool.

The house is also situated only 300 meters from a beautiful fine sandy beach called “Cala Montgó”, 5 minutes by car from L'Escala's old town and 10 minutes by car from the Empuries Greco-Roman archaeological site, the most important of Catalonia.

The Emporda region is also an extraordinary area in terms of natural heritage. We should highlight that it is the only region within Catalonia with three classified natural areas in just 100 km²: the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà (wetland), the Cap de Creus and the L'Albera mountain range.

Great apartment with all amenities we needed. Close to several beaches and restaurants. Anna was really helpful and friendly! A real nice place to stay, i would definitely reccomend it!

Heel toffe en behulpzame eigenaars. Leuk en kunstig ingericht. Geen parkeerplaats voor auto bij het huis. De huurprijs is redelijk hoog ook al waren we heel tevreden van het huis.
