We are in love with the Bulgarian climate, people, traditions and culture. We have been living and working in Bulgaria since 2004. We run the company in Bulgaria and Poland and our employees and associates are an international team. We are already renting about 300 apartments. Our guests are looked after 24/7 by a specialized team that speaks five languages. We help with everything from choosing excursions, repairing minor damage, or assisting with medical appointments. We serve more than 11,000 satisfied customers every year.

Elenite is a charming seaside resort situated between the Stara Planina mountain range and the Black Sea coast. The climate here, which is a combination of sea breeze and mountain air, has a very positive influence on the well-being of guests. The village is located north of Sunny Beach (7 km) and St. Vlas (3 km). This place is separated from the next village by the Stara Planina Mountain Range. From here, on summer mornings, you can take beautiful hikes up to the hills (about 300 m above sea level) to admire the panorama of the sea from above.
Here, the mountains and the sea meet to form a picturesque bay. The mountain Stara Planina encircles the village from the north, reliably protecting it from cold winds, and the vast amount of greenery surrounding Elenite guarantees a cosy atmosphere and clean air. The combination of sea air and coniferous forests, growing abundantly along the coast, has a healing effect on health.
