Clean room, nice view, large room. Pool too small for that many people, hard to walk around the pool deck due to too many chairs. People save chairs early in the morning, shouldn’t be allowed. Pool not appealing.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful unit. A real treat to be surrounded by beautiful woodwork and art. The kitchen was well equipped. Really appreciated having herbs and spices, oils, etc. cook with, as well as good quality equipment. Very comfortable stay from the comfortable bed to enjoying lounge chairs on the lanai. Appreciated chairs and cooler to take to the beach. Carol was gracious and expedient in her communications with me. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I have been fortunate to visit Maui many times. This condo was by far my favorite accommodation we have ever had. Everything about it was perfect for us. The big lanai with great views of the beach and black rock was an amazing way to start our days. The condo itself is beautiful. It felt like being home from the perfect size kitchen to having two full baths and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The complex grounds are beautiful and peaceful! Every interaction we had with the host was amazing. I have not one bad word to say! I am hoping we get the chance to stay here again!

The minute we walked on the property we knew this would provide the relaxation we needed. Our condo was superbly decorated and i could easily see us living there comfortably. As a family, we have been coming to Kaanapali for more than 25 years. We bought at The Whaler because we had stayed here on vacation and loved the convenient location with shops and restaurants next door at Whalers Village and the great beach.

Sitting in the living room, watching Black Rock and listening to the sounds of the ocean is unbeatable! A perfect day for us is a walk along the beach strand in the morning with a stop by Starbucks, followed by a relaxing day at the beach with walks down to Black Rock for snorkeling and finished with dinner (and mai tai) at Leilani's. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo!

What makes this property unique

Outstanding location, shady (not hot) lanai with a great view of Black Rock and gorgeous sunsets. Being on the 3rd floor, we are high enough for beautiful views and privacy, yet are not uncomfortably high. Our condo has upscale appliances, a fully furnished kitchen, a unique master bath with two showers, and touches of Hawaiiana throughout (see our pictures).
