The Mill is a gorgeous one bedroom ( plus separate 'cot room') barn conversion close to Bude and Widemouth Bay. It is in a tranquil location only 10 mins drive to Widemouth Bay and the amenities of Bude. Perfect for couples or those with a baby. The main living space has a stunning vaulted ceiling and huge window with views in to the surrounding Cornish wild flower meadows. Dog friendly and with a private enclosed garden. With the luxury of a roll-top bath and a log burner to keep you feeling cosy, this cottage truly is a fabulous getaway.

Cozy, romantic hideaway.

This is easily the nice self catering property we have stayed in anywhere in the world. The Mill is really cozy with it's woodburning stove and sofas. The bedroom is lovely and very comfortable we both slept really well. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use. Even though it was early January we enjoyed walking on the beaches and the benefit of this time of year is the dog is welcome every where. I would thoroughly recommend the property for a relaxing winter getaway.

Just as described

The property was everything we expected it to be, and since it was a Christmas let, the owners had even put up a real Christmas tree, and decorated it, which was fab. Bottle of Prosecco and two glasses waiting on arrival. Walks in the woods were good and instructions for everything. If you use the wood burner, make sure you buy decent dry wood as the "hardwood" sold by Morrisons in Bude didn't burn well. Would rent again.

Mill cottage - 5*

Beautiful well kept cottage in a lovely setting. Surrounded by countryside, so very peaceful all day and night. Log burner is brilliant to cosy up in front of. Loads of local walks and attractions.not far at all from Morrison's and Bude town centre. Next to stunning beaches with the most amazing views.. Definitely using again and would recommend to all. I went with one other but would be great for families to, plenty of living space and outside picnic area.
