Bel appartement avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains. L'appartement impressionne par son atmosphère agréable et lumineuse. Le salon / salle à manger ouvert avec cuisine ouverte mène directement à la terrasse couverte avec une vue panoramique fantastique sur la baie, les montagnes environnantes et même l'église historique de Sóller. Pour les amoureux du soleil, un escalier mène à la terrasse privée et à l'aire de repos. La piscine est idéale pour les enfants. Pour vous rendre à la plage, descendez les escaliers et traversez la rue. Notez qu'il y a suffisamment de marches pour rejoindre l'appartement, il n'est donc pas adapté aux personnes handicapées.

Very good location in beautiful port Soller. The view is the #1 asset of this property but it’s all lovely. Just the pool that is not so worthy when you have the beach 2 min walk.

We loved this apartment. It was beautiful clean comfortable and the private terrace was the most relaxing spot. The view over the bay and mountains was amazing. Cant wait to go back.

Almost perfect!

Perfect apartment on a perfect location. The only downside is the 10 pair of stairs to get to the apartment and the small parking spot. But on the bright side, after the stairs you are rewarded with an amazing view of the bay of soller.

Family of 5 stay in July

We had a very comfortable stay in this property. The views of the port are fantastic. We travelled in July due to school holidays and found the steps (120) quite a challenge in the heat but were delighted to get into the apartment with air con and lovely views after our hike. We decided not to rent a car but probably would again so we could travel around the island more. The rooms worked out great for our family (3 kids aged 8, 10 & 13). We used the washing machine and air dryer on the terrace a lot. Would definitely return.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

Lovely clean spacious apartment, with fantastic views over the bay and old town of Soller in the background between the mountains. Great base for exploring the local mountain towns and villages, quick drive up from Palma airport. Loads of good restaurants, loved Es Roco just under apartment on beach

Perfect place for our family holiday

We had an amazing stay and just loved the Apartment. Perfectly located just at the end of the main strip and seconds from the beach. Several amazing places to eat and drink very close by. The town itself is stunning and the perfect size. Have nothing but positives to say about the apartment or the town…. We will be back!!!

Just perfect!

We stayed in this complex before and appreciate the great location right next to the sea and lots of restaurants as well as the breathtaking views. But this apartment surpassed our expectations with its beautiful furniture and the two perfectly equipped terraces! Will definitely come back and look forward to it :)

Amazing apartment with beautiful view

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and the 2 outside terraces were great. The views over the bay are amazing. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which is described in the advert - the view from the apartment is worth the climb!! We hope to be back very soon. Thank you :)

Perfect for 10 days and x2 adts and x1 teenager. Location great for beach and some restaurants. Marina a decent walk for cafes and more restaurants. Stairs to apartment not a orobkem if fit a d mobile. Apartment decorated nicely and comfortable beds. X2 bathrooms ok. Showers fine. Kitchen well equiped although pots etc could be better organised. Loved balcony and roof terra e.

Fantastic week away

Property is as described. A little dated throughout but location makes up for it. AC works a dream and the property has breathtaking views. There are about 110 stairs up from the street which as fit adults we found tiring, so would avoid if you’re not in good health. The building work next door was quite loud for the majority of our stay and we weren’t informed about this until after booking (which I think is a bit naughty). The workmen also blocked our parking space for 5 out of 7 days. We probably would not have booked had we known about the construction as it was our 1 week away all year so wanted some peace and quiet. The apartment comes with lots of beach equipment, a baby monitor and mosquito plugs which were an added bonus!

We are very sorry that the construcctions works have interfeared in your holidays and we have informed you as soon as we knew that the hotel next door went under total renovation but you booked before they started and nobody knew what was going on in there. Now the hotel is pretty much finished and they are opening middle of October. The ocupation of your parking space was unlucky as they were desmanteling the big crane and took many private spaces. Luckily you were able to park right next door so that was sorted. In any case we appreciate your stay with us and your comments. Always welcome.

Fabulous apartment with great views

This is a great apartment with brilliant views of the port and an amazing roof terrace, spoilt by only 2 things. First is the construction next door. Mallorca Dream Homes did advise us of the work so we knew in advance of arrival. Also presumably this will end at some time (not any time soon by the look of it) so this is not an ongoing issue. The second issue for us and something we were aware of also was the 102 steps to the apartment. As relatively fit, healthy people we didn’t think this would be a problem but with an 11 month old baby, pram plus paraphernalia it was very hard work and every trip out had to be planned rather than just being able to “pop out”. for this reason alone we regretably wouldn’t return to this apartment.

Spacious Apartment, Stunning Views

Our week long stay at the apartment was just what we needed. From the start Maria at Mallorca Dream Homes was hugely helpful in arranging our transfers, we cannot thank her enough. Everything was just as we had hoped. The apartment was well decorated, very clean, well equipped (plenty of hangers, which was a nice surprise) very comfy and in a great location. The beds (1 double, 1 single, 1 bunk and also one other single mattress underneath the bunk) are very comfy, plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen with all you need. The aircon worked very well, which was needed due to the high temperatures. The standout elements of the apartment were the outside spaces, the large covered balcony and roof terrace offer stunning views of the bay and the mountains. The pool was a great addition for cooling off, surrounded by trees, very nice setting. As mentioned, there are quite a few steps to the property, just worth bearing in mind if you struggle with stairs. Port de Soller is a safe, lovely place, very relaxed with many places to eat, we did not have a bad meal all week. The beach is very nice, with shallow water fairly far out, so great for children. The tram to Soller runs very frequent and is worth a visit. We are happy to recommend the apartment, we shall be rebooking for next year.

Great location, lovely view

Good two bedroom apartment with lovely view from large covered balcony. If you can tolerate the direct sun, the roof terrace will be great for you, equipped with a gas BBQ. The entrance is just at the end of Repic beach and the start of the sweeping line of dozens of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. This continues round to the port at the far end, about 1000m away. There's about 120 steps up from the road, so if you have any mobility problems or fitness issues, this is not the place for you. The parking space is very narrow, so choose your rental car accordingly and hope that no-one parks either side of you. There's a better solution, though - there is a back gate at the top of the development, so park on the quiet road up there and take suitcases 90 steps down instead. Contrary to the description, the main bathroom has a shower only and the ensuite a bath/shower - good water flow and temperature stability. The main bedroom is a good size and has a regular double bed. The second bedroom a bunk and a single, which pretty much fills the room - good for kids. Small tv with UK channels is ok, wi-fi at 2Mb/s ok for general use, but too slow for video streaming. Kitchen well equipped with all necessary appliances. Everything clean and ready on arrival. Air Con worked efficiently. The properties managed by a local agent with an office handily located on the entry road to Pt Soller, there's a lock box for out-of-office hours arrivals.

Wunderbarer Osterurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von vier, acht und zehn Jahren) hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Das Appartment war sauber und das Kinderzimmer mit den drei Betten war perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Die große Dachterrasse fanden alle super, aber auch das tägliche Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse. Die Aussicht ist einfach großartig. Die Kinder und wir haben die Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass wir die 10 Tage ohne Mietwagen ausgekommen sind. Die 125 Treppenstufen waren für uns kein Problem. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleiner Tritt oder Hocker, damit unser Vierjähriger das Waschbecken selbständig nutzen könnte. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen oder noch einmal buchen.
