**Ongoing façade reformations on the building until further notice.**

This cozy apartment has been totally recently refurbished. It offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped, with a large and light living-dining room, 1 bedrooms with double bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Located in front of the sea with indescribable views, on the first floor of the building, offers a perfect location. All the bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach are in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The way to the apartment is either up or down quite a number of steps.

The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

Super schöne Wohnung, die in ihrem Aussehen exakt den Bildern entsprochen hat. Oberhalb der Wohnung findet sich immer ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Port de Sollér ist wunderschön und die Lage der Wohnung zum Stand ideal. Alles ist fußläufig zu erlaufen. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum!

Nice place. Good location, short walk into town. Good view. As described, it is on a hill, so there are several steps to be climbed. The parking can be a challenge, as is probably the case with every other building. The one downside, there are zero hooks to hang bath towels, swim suits, etc. It's evident things get hung on the front rail to dry. But otherwise, good place. Would recommend.

Es verlief alles reibungslos mit dem Check-in. Die Küchenausstattung war gut aber der WLAN-Empfang leider dafür nicht so gut aber braucht man ja auch nicht im Urlaub :) die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen!

Séjour parfait à Majorque !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très sympa et plein de charme. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, c’est un vrai plus ! L’appartement était propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Great spot in Port de Sóller!

This apartment was great for our stay. We wanted something accessible to the port but also somewhere we could go to the rest of the island. Parking can be a bit difficult but we ended up finding a spot each day! Overall, great stay in Soller!

Beautiful stay in Port de Soller

Wir hatten ein paar richtig schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Port de Soller. Es ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, man hat einen super schönen Blick auf den Hafen, alles da was man braucht und wir haben in der Straße unten immer problemlos einen Parkplatz gefunden. Das Bett war sehr sehr bequem :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit neuer Küche und neuem Bad. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht, der Hafen mit Restaurants etc. in 2/3 Minuten über einige Treppen erreicht, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Einzig die Heizung war bei unserem Aufenthalt im März teilweise überfordert und es war morgens/abends sehr frisch. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ansonsten uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wonderful timeout

We booked the apartment as a quiet retreat after the holidays. The place is really nice, the location is great as you will get the morning sun right into the apartment, the big windows let you relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is well equipped and has the basic utensils. Two ACs/heatings help you during the off season when the weather is a little bit colder. There was parking lot right in front of the apartment which, at least when we were there, had always space.Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

Beautiful view and great location

The apartment is nice and the view is beautiful. As indicated in other reviews, there are many steps to climb to reach it so it’s not for anyone with reduced mobility. The place was clean and kitchen was fairly well equipped. AC worked well. There is no washer-dryer but there’s a laundromat nearby. I stayed there for 9 nights. Plan to bring your shampoo snd soap. Some small suggestions for the management: more towels for an extended stay, more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper, check bedding for stains between guests, building outside needs paint and attention. Overall I would recommend this place.

Wonderful appartment

The apartment has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the port. Inside it was dazzlingly clean, there is air conditioning in every room, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There are several pans, pots, all in excellent condition and a lot of kitchen equipment that will allow you to prepare something at home. Down to the esplanade you walk about 2-3 minutes and we have all the excellent restaurants. From Virginia who wonderfully helped us with all of them we also got a guide to the best, selected restaurants. Staying in Port de Soller and this apartment was a wonderful experience. Thank you for all :)
