89 Toscamar is 1st floor 2 bedroom furnished apartment which is located within a lovely, controlled access residential urbanization, offering perfect holiday accommodation for between 2 and 4 people with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and furnished terrace. The Toscamar site has a reception area, restaurant, bar/cafeteria, secure parking, 2 swimming pools, adult plus children's with a life guard on site for July & August. In addition there are tennis courts, a diving club and racquet ball. There is regular public transport from near the site to and from Jávea beach, the port and the old town. Jávea beach is about a 15 minute walk. The apartment has an enclosed terrace, lounge/sitting room, kitchen, bathroom (bath+shower) 1st bedroom (double bed) 2nd bedroom (either 1 or 2 singles). Please ask if you would like a children's cot provided. The whole apartment is a non-smoking area. English & Spanish TV provided (over 70 stations). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and also adjacent to the site reception area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, washbasin and hair-dryer. The 1st bedroom has double bed, the 2nd bedroom can be made up with either 1 or 2 single beds as required. All bed linen and towels are provided, however, we do ask that you provide your own beach towels for use at the pool or beach. Toscamar is quiet and tranquil, yet not too far from lively bars and restaurants. Apartment 89 is on the first floor, however, there is no lift so it would not be suitable for wheelchair users or those who have difficulty with a flight of steps.The exclusive apartment complex is surrounded by mature well-tended gardens and a large swimming pool. The pool area has loungers available for relaxation. Most of the apartments in this complex are privately owned and the ambiance is one of tranquility. The apartments are ideal for a those wanting peace and quiet and relaxation, yet just a few minutes away one can enjoy a variety of pleasant restaurants overlooking the sea with an exciting night-life of bars and restaurants in the centre of Jávea. Within a 5 minute drive or bus ride you will find a selection of super restaurants with tables overlooking the bay, serving local and international dishes, as well as friendly bars. Toscamar is situated on the south Side of Javea it is approximately 1 hour 15 mins from Alicante and 1 hour 25 mins from Valencia airports and can be easily reached by car or bus.
