STAG nouvel appartement en centre ville

Nouvel bel appartement dans le centre-ville d'Inverness. C'est un bùtiment vieux de 120 ans mais rénové aux normes les plus élevées. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de son emplacement: accÚs facile aux attractions historiques et culturelles de la ville, aux restaurants, aux pubs et à quelques minutes du théùtre Eden Court.

Sur les murs, vous trouverez des dessins et des peintures originales de l'artiste et photographe local Kevin Macdonald (vous pouvez le contacter pour l'acheter ou acheter par mon intermédiaire, qui sera remplacé par un nouveau).

DÉTAILS:
Spacieux appartement 1 chambre rez de chaussée.
Arrangements de sommeil:
- une chambre avec un grand lit double ou nous pouvons la séparer en une chambre double (si vous préférez des lits jumeaux, vous devez nous le faire savoir)
- un canapé-lit dans le salon (double, 2 couchages).
- un lit de voyage pour bébé disponible (si nécessaire, informez-nous à l'avance!).

La chambre a une armoire, une coiffeuse, deux tables de chevet, un sĂšche-cheveux et une planche Ă  repasser.

LE SALON a une cheminée électrique DIMPLEX optimist commandée à distance, une télévision intelligente 55 pouces, un canapé-lit et une trÚs grande table à manger avec 4 chaises (deux tabourets supplémentaires dans la cuisine).

LA CUISINE est entiÚrement équipée (par exemple, lave-linge, réfrigérateur congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain 4 tranches, ustensiles de cuisine).
SALLE DE BAIN a une douche moderne, lavabo et toilettes.

L'appartement dispose du chauffage central au gaz et WIFI.
Pour regarder les invités Netflix, vous devez avoir votre propre compte Netflix.

PARKING
Centre-ville strict. Permis de stationnement commercial fourni gratuitement pour la zone C (Place Alexander, Place Ardross, Ardross Terrace, Rue Ardross, May Court, Rue Tomnahurich, Rue Kenneth no 1-17)

S'il n'y a pas de place juste à cÎté de l'appartement, il est plus facile de trouver de la place libre à Ardross St, en face de la cathédrale de St Andrews.

Veuillez noter que le permis de stationnement ne garantit pas une place de stationnement.
Les clients peuvent utiliser tout l'appartement. La seule armoire verrouillée contient des serviettes propres, du linge et des produits de nettoyage propres.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Great location with lots of space. It was great to have a washer to clean our clothes as well. If this is available, book it!

Very nice flat close to all the Inverness activities

Awesome place. Centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping and all of the local attractions. The host was very accommodating and the communication was great. Would recommend.

Perfect Home Away from Home.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfy, and the wee fireplace in the living room was a cheery thing to come back to after a day's hard touring!

Kamil had great communication and was always very quick to respond to any questions. The property itself was great, very well maintained, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect with an easy walk into town for dinner, across the street from a grocery store, and quick access to a walk along the River Ness. Parking was a challenge since there were only 6 spots (not available the first night due to poorly parked cars) and there was a considerable amount of garbage on the street/sidewalk near the apartment. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Very convenient location, close to dining and transportation. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood, though. My wife found hair on the bedding, which bothered her some, but otherwise the place was nicely outfitted. Kitchen was very nice, bed was comfortable. Some of the fixtures were difficult to figure out, but everything worked properly and the hosts left a beautiful bouquet of flowers. A little information sheet explaining the operation of the fixtures would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed the place and the lovely town of Inverness.

Convenient and Clean

Spacious and cozy

Loved this place! So close to everything, downtown Inverness, the river, bus/train stations and cafes restaurants. I would highly recommend going to Rocpool, which is on the corner right by the apartment and Black Isle brewery and distillery it is in town on Church street, amazing pizza beer wine cocktails and great atmosphere!

This was a great location. So close to town and all the activities. Right next to a major grocery store, so convenient. Inverness is a nice city. Owner was very responsive and quick to reply. Minor issue with parking when it's busy. Property was comfortable.

Perfect Location

This was our first trip to Scotland. The apartment was exactly as pictured and located in the perfect location. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and Kamil was an excellent host. We were within walking distance to many restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. Parking wasn’t a problem, even if the spots in front were taken, as there were plenty to be found. We did day trips from here, it was easy to get in and out of the city. We definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect apartment in every way!

The apartment was great — exactly as described, super-clean, with a fully-stocked kitchen. The street is quiet, yet there’s a lovely coffee shop just a few doors down, a Tesco 1 block away, several excellent restaurants around the corner (Encore and Prime), and the river and downtown Inverness are a 3 minute walk away. The perfect location. Be sure to walk upstream to the islands in the middle of the river — they are magical. Host brought us fresh towels in the middle of our two-week stay. Could not have been better!

Close to city centre

The unit is very close to the city centre. You are a block from the river and a 5 to 10 minute walk to anything in town. We didn’t even move our auto.Kamal was great on communication, suggestions and check in instructions.The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Everything was in good working order.Most of the furnishings are fine. However, the bed has seen better days.The unit itself has been updated, but the building is older.The view out the front is the back of commercial units. Deliveries are occurring on a regular basis. Dumpsters are right there.

Could not have been better.

Our number one requirement for any property is cleanliness and this was spotless. Location gave us a 8-9 easy walk to the train station which we used every day. We like to cook in some nights and everything needed was there, including a large assortment of spices. As a bonus, a Tesco store is less than 1/2 block away, plus a few restaurants. The manager responded to me in minutes, not days, or days like some other rentals.
