Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Apartment is equipped with everything that you need. Comfortable beds. On the first floor with access to lift, quiet location. It was the perfect apartment for our 4 night stay in Inverness.

Great apartment in city center! Plenty of space for a small family with the added convenience of a full kitchen and laundry. Very close to train station and quick walk to most anything in the city. Would definitely recommend!

The property was lovely, location was very convenient. The only reason we are rating it “good” as opposed to “excellent” is the that the lift, which was critical for us, was not working during the second half of our stay. We know that management was doing their best to address this, but it still made it extremely difficult for us to get our copious luggage downstairs. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Lovely spacious flat. The open concept was super for our family of 4 adults. The bunk beds were ok, as our daughter is much smaller than our son, but truthfully the top bunk is quite small. The master suite had an incredibly comfortable bed. Ample towels/hand towels/dish cloths. The towels were large and thick. Nice quality overall. With a cafe just one door down that supports young adults it was a convenient and community minded option. Walking distance to everything in Inverness. A great flat! Getting instructions was a bit nerve wracking especially when I was told my name had nothing booked under it. My stress level was at an all time high until Frederica checked my booking number and confirmed I was indeed on her list. May I suggest checking that before telling the client there is nothing booked. It saves stress for everyone! Once that piece was confirmed the check-in information was straight forward. We found great pubs, restaurants, and an awesome gelato shop nearby! Loved our stay. Thank you!

The flat was spotless, functional and well located in downtown Inverness. We were able to easily walk to it from the train station. Close to the downtown action, but quiet. The host was very responsive and the unit was well equipped for our 4 day stay.

Wonderful flat, quiet area and the beds were so comfy! Everything is within a 15 minute walk. If you have a car, the overnight garage is just a few minutes walk away.

Lovely apartment. Close to the train station, bus station and town center. Plenty places nearby to eat,drink but also enjoyable to spend a relaxing evening in the apartment too. Nicely decorated throughout, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing dinner in if you wish to do so. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a central base in Inverness.

Perfect place

The apartment is located near the bus and train station so anyone using public transport will appreciate this. You can walk to shops, attractions, and the water within minutes. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Having two bathrooms is nice,too.

Very nice apartment and great location. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The family room area was nicely laid out. We did not use the kitchen at all other than to put a few things in the fridge but it seemed adequate. There is a washer but no dryer so we didn't use it. The only negative (and I hesitated about whether or not to dock a star) was the property manager communications. The check-in instructions were not given a few days in advance as VRBO said they would be so I had to chase them down the night before our arrival and had to involve VRBO. Communication during the stay was particularly bad as we tried to get a minor issue resolved and ended up getting locked out of the apartment. (There is apparently only one key to the apartment and the cleaner had taken it and not returned it so we returned home unable to access the apartment.) This was resolved quickly but it was very stressful and again involved contacting VRBO. There are 2 managers and Federica should not interact with customers - just my view.
