Spacious and well located apartment in an attractive development walking distance from lively Cabopino beach and sport harbor with its colorful marina, sandy beaches, bars and restaurants.

The property is located in a gated development and has two bedrooms two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen as well as a utility room and a 25 m2 terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy summer evenings "al fresco".

A large communal garden with a large pool and kiddies pool invites you to go for a swim every day of your holidays. Also you have access to another pool where you can sunbathe while enjoying a nice sea view.

It is close to supermarkets and golf courses, ten kilometers from Marbella town, thirty minutes drive from Malaga airport and it has easy connection to drive to Malaga, Seville, Ronda or Cordoba or Granada.

For golf lovers, you are surrounded by golf courses and there is a driving range walking distance from the apartment.
