About this property

Riad Dar Khatib shar

It is a traditional house from the beginning of the 19th century. It has a special Andalusian architecture, has a patio-lounge (nowadays) with 4 columns. Very bright, it has a facade towards the garden (less a room towards the narrow street of the old medina) that allows you to see the city of tetouan, its mountains and the sea of martin. A very cozy and pleasant place to be and rest. With the large terrace / roof, enjoy the sun and a panoramic exterior view to the entire city, the mountains and the sea.
