Disappointing
The positives: The view was beautiful, the house was spacious, the location was excellent. The negatives:The mattresses were very saggy and uncomfortable. There were no extra bed linens or towels, the kitchen was not well equipped for eight people, it was not as clean as it could have been.
Can’t beat the view!
Loved the location and the view! Beaches were close and second to none. I rented a kayak and slayed the trout right behind the house.
The only negatives are that the house could be stocked a bit better and a couple of the rooms could use a mattress upgrade.
All in all I’d rent here again! Loved Anna Maria Island and can’t wait to come back.

Clean and roomy! Great location overlooking the intra-coastal and just a few easy blocks walk to the beach.
