Thank you for your review Barry! We are sorry it was not up to our cleaning standards and would have loved to send housekeeping back out to rectify any uncleanliness that was missed. Unfortunately, the parking pass fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves and we are unable to purchase them ahead of time to add to your overall price. We hope that you were still able to enjoy your stay with us and look forward to your next trip.

Judith, We are sorry to hear you had some issues with housekeeping and pests during your stay. We have a 24/7 hotline for you to reach out to us during your stay for housekeeping and maintenance issues so that we can address them while you are here. Pest control comes out monthly, but we would have been happy to have to come out to check and take care of pests that you might have encountered. Our property care team works hard to address these issues and appreciate your feedback. We are sorry you had a few negative encounters and would be happy to make it up to you in the future.

For future stays, each reservation includes a personalized digital guestbook with detailed information about what is provided in the condo so guests can plan ahead with confidence. A starter pack of travel-sized amenities is provided and outlined in the guestbook as well. Bath and bed linens are provided, but guests do need to bring their own beach towels for the pool and beach. For hygiene and safety reasons, additional toiletries and perishable items are not left in the condo between stays. We understand value is an important part of the guest experience, and we’d be happy to help you find another Beach Getaways property that may be a better fit for your budget and expectations in the future. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using guest input to improve the stay experience wherever possible.
