Hosted by Park City Utah Vacation Properties. Experience the charm of Old Town in this gorgeous chalet, boasting the premier location in Park City at the top of Main Street on secluded Daly Avenue. Nestled in between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain on this quiet dead end street you can experience all the charm of Old Town, the original Mining Village. Biking, hiking and skiing are easily accessible out the front door. A short walk to the top of Main Street and you can catch the free trolley to the Town Lift at PCMR, and all the fun and food on Main Street.

The home offers unobstructed mountain views where you can warm your bones in front of our wood burning fireplace or relax in the hot tub under starry, snow-flecked nights. Moose sightings are not uncommon. With three bedrooms and 3 baths you can comfortably sleep 6. There is also a Futon queen in the loft bedroom for extra sleeping. There are two reserved parking spots out front if you bring a car. This is truly the ultimate Park City experience!

Very nice property

This place was great for a family of four plus 2 grandparents. The layout was really good for people spending time together or getting some space. Very clean, full of amenities. Highly recommend.

The place to be

House is in perfect location. Guest will and did go way above and beyond to make your visit to Park City the best he can. Alone, he made it worth the trip. Add the cozy home with full amenities, perfect.

Xmas in PC

Stayed over the Xmas holiday with our adult family of 5. Had a great experience. Well appointed and maintained home. Owner was very personable and helpful. Great location as we walked to dinner on Main St. every night. Have been coming to PC for > 8yrs. Based on location, quality of the rental and value, it was the best place we have stayed at. Would definitely rent here again.

Excellent location and couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

We absolutely loved the location of this home! We’re not skiers and wanted to just enjoy a wintery Christmas by enjoying the town and being able to walk everywhere. This is at the top of Main Street with restaurants and shopping right out your front door. Hiking into the old silver mines is up the road too. We loved the hot tub and fireplace and our hosts were very attentive making sure we had plenty of wood and helped with anything we needed. Wonderful vacation and we would come back to stay at Jeff’s properties any time!

This was an add on rental at the rear of the advertised property. It was walking distance to Main St which was a prerequisite for the booking. However the 3rd bedroom was in a sloping attic on the 3rd floor with no bathroom. Bedrooms/bathrooms did not meet expectations. Heating system was problem-too hot in bedrooms. Fireplace in living room was a blessing.

Great time in Park City

This is a lovely space with two ground floor bedrooms (good for singles, couples, or kids who don’t mind sharing a bed) and a third floor area good for the same. Worked for our group of five because a mom and two little kids stayed on the top floor (one made his own sleeping nest on the floor in a nook) while my teen daughter and I each took a downstairs room. Best part is second floor with spacious, well lit, eating area, kitchen, living room and hot tub (very private and lovely) off the deck. It’s a bit of a walk (twelves minutes downhill, and of course uphill on the way back) to the Park City bus station to transfer to either PC main resort or Deer Valley, and also the PC Main street but not at all bad and if you happen to catch the free trolley at the top of Main street (we managed that only once) even shorter. So if you bring your gear back and forth, think about it or consider Lyfts if it’s been a long day and you’re with kids. But if you store your gear at the resorts, you’ll be fine! It is really well located for both PC and Deer Valley and Main street and we had an amazing stay.

Happy New Year!

Better have 4 wheel drive if you’re coming in the winter and it’s snowing! Narrow road with very little place to pile up the snow from the driveway. It’s a steep hill and tricky with 15 inches of fresh powder (but hey, it was 15 inches of fresh powder on our ski holiday!). 3 beds 3 baths worked well for 6 adults. Lots of towels in the baths which was appreciated. Hair dryers were older and a bit weak. Provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap and gel which was nice. 2 bedrooms on ground floor and 3rd up in the enclosed loft (2 sets of steps). Great living room space with plenty of seating for 6. So many places that sleep many don’t have enough seating. One of the reasons we booked this condo. Fireplace was a nice addition as was the hot tub and grill. Big dining table too. Kitchen was a bit small but doable. Not a lot of storage for your own food. It ended up on the counter. We had a minor issue with missing kitchen items; sent an email and items delivered quickly. Appreciated the promptness! Good location above Main Street. Walkable but it was a mob scene on Main Street so we stayed and cooked most evenings. Would stay again if our travels bring us back to Park City.

Perfect for Ski Getaway

This house was everything it was advertised to be. A short (5 min) walk from the Main Street/Downtown area and a true 3 BD / 3 BA property with ample space for at least six people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including the loft, which was fully enclosed and private - making it the perfect stay for three couples. The room setup made it feel like no one got the short end of the stick. The hot tub is also a big plus after a long day on the mountain. As for those looking for skiing accommodations, the property is a short walk to the Main Street Trolley line, which provides access to the Town Lift at PCMR, and also the Old Town Transit Center for those who may want to hop on a bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Village. Sometimes the bus system can be a little unreliable and confusing, so I would recommend downloading the myStop app to get updates on scheduling and routes. The owner of this property was extremely helpful and responsive with all of our requests, and sent us a full list of recommendations as soon as we booked the listing. All in all, I would highly recommend to anyone planning a ski getaway - no complaints on our end!

A+ Location and Condo

We loved our stay and found this property was a great fit for a group of 5 in town for a ski trip. Quick and easy walk to bars/restaurants on Main Street and even possible to walk to the town lift (there was a free trolley but found it to be very inconsistent so the walkabity of this property was amazing. Condo had high ceilings, lots of light, and a great back patio with hot tub. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house close to Main St

Six of us and my dog stayed here for a week in the winter and had a great time. Jeff was super responsive to our questions and happy to help us out. The house is nicely located a few blocks from the free trolley, which made getting 4+ people to the slopes pretty painless.

Great Stay

Our Park City stay was very good. The VRBO unit was clean and comfortable for 5; 4 adults and one toddler (plus a large German Shepherd Dog) ...the hot tub was fantastic. Trails for walking the dog were close and convenient. It was easy walk to the historic main street restaurants, shops and local transportation. We would definitely rent again the next time we visit Park City.

Amazing location, gorgeous home.

We loved being able to walk down to Main Street. The hot tub was great for relaxing with a glass of wine after long day of mountain biking. All the trails are right up the road. We were very comfortable with three couples. House is beautifully furnished and we'll stocked with everything you need. The kitchen even had spices and yes coffee grinder. We love coffee. We will be back! Thanks.

Perfect Spot

We had 4 people in for work at the Sundance Film Festival and this house was perfect. It had everything we needed and was a convenient 10-minute walk to Main Street. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of a long work day (or ski day if you can squeeze it in).

Great Park City Location!

We stayed at this house over Super Bowl weekend and were extremely satisfied with the location and amenities! Jeff was very good to work with as he was prompt and always available for questions. The location is great as you are able to walk to Main Street in less than 5 minutes! All in all, I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Views

Our extended family of 6 adults and two children stayed for a long President's Week-end. Very comfortable space and furnishings. The condo is in good condition but not pristine... missing light bulbs, loose electrical outlets, loose vanity knobs. The high ceilings give you a beautiful view of the snow and trees. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the well equipped kitchen with spices, all the necessities. It is a great location for quiet and the restaurants on historical main street. Not the most convenient location for skiers. Had to walk a bit to take a trolley and bus to Park City mountain. We relied on Uber for many trips.

The home was exactly what we expected from the listing, and it ended up being the perfect place to stay during our ski trip. The place is comfortable, clean, and stocked with the little amenities that bump it to the next level--firewood, spices in the kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels for the baths and hot tub, and soap and shampoo for the showers. Great location that is walking distance to all the restaurants and even the town lift. Jeff was great, and we would stay at one of his properties next time we visit.

We stayed there for our annual ski trip (4-9 Mar 14), and enjoyed it very much. Our group consisted of 4 adult males, so there were enough beds to go around. If your ski group is like ours and requires a bed for each person, then you know how difficult it is to find a place to fit the bill. There is a 5th bed in the loft, but it is not much use to an adult being it is hard to get too. The couch is plenty big enough, so if anyone else would've been there, the couch would've been a better choice for the night. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the hot tub came in handy after some hard days on the slopes. And there is plenty of room throughout the unit to spread out in. We didn't take advantage of the proximity of the bars and restaurants on Main Street to walk since we were wore out from skiing, but if you were up to it the option is there. We'd stay there again. Nice place.

Very nice!

We stayed here in February of 2014 for a four day ski trip. There was lots of room for the four of us - adult males - and the amenities were very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub was great. The laundry, appliances, TVs and DVD players all worked well. The location is excellent - just a 5 or 10 minute walk into the main part of town. It's a bit far in ski boots, but we never did that - we drove everywhere we skied (Park City, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta). Jeff was very easy to deal with and the information and instructions provided were comprehensive and easy to follow. There are 5 beds, but the 5th bed is really not useable except perhaps by a younger child. It certainly would not be appropriate for an adult. Fortunately for us, our 5th adult did not come - if he had, the 5th bed would have been a definite problem.

Nice quiet location!

We enjoyed the quiet but close to the action location. The top if Main Street is a great spot to spend the week. The trolley turn around is about 2 blocks from the unit, a nice option. The unit was clean and everything was very comfortable! We will definitely consider it as an option next time we are I the best ski town in the US!!

We love Utah and we love Main St and the Town Lift. Where else can you grab a ride right out of Town and see your house on the lift. We love to ski and we love the mountains in the summer. We also have an animal sanctuary in Southern Utah! Paria River Ranch offers cabins and, rv and tent camping.
