At the water's edge, villa of contemporary architect on 2 levels with a surface of 164 m² on a private plot of 2500 m² in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn. Rental classified 5 stars and labeled 5 ears Gites de France, for 2 to 9 people with spa, private beach, garden and landscaped terraces, wifi, ground floor accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility.

Sensitive to environmental issues, the cottage was built to new BBC standards. The architects designed the layout of the house, its insulation and the exhibition of living rooms with this in mind. A wooden strip sunshade protects the glass facade of the first floor while preserving the view and the flat roof facilitates the integration of the house into its environment. The rooms all have electric shutters allowing their concealment and their insulation if necessary. Inside, double insulation, silent floors and soundproof doors keep everyone calm and private.
The taps have the water saving device and the flushes are double flow.
We invite you to participate in selective sorting and we supply you with certified ecological household products.
The flora and fauna of the river near the cottage are rich but fragile: to better observe and discover it, we provide you with a telescope and books to consult.
For the comfort of all, the whole house is non-smoking.
We also provide you with yoga mats and zafus.
