Having spent many family holidays in Provencal villas, I can say that this is the best equipped property by far. Not only was everything conveniently to hand, and where you expected it to be, it also catered particularly well for the kids. We stayed, six of us altogether, as an extended family of three generations. Nothing was too arduous for the oldies, there was plenty to entertain mum and dad, and the kids loved the abundant boxes of toys. Also the baby equipment was spot on, from high chairs to stair gates and bed guards. Parking too was fine for at least two cars. We particularly liked the salt water pool, which was less harsh on the eyes than chlorine, and helped with buoyancy, although getting in might be a bit difficult for the less agile. Our stay was for 2 weeks in late May, and the weather was pleasantly warm, mostly in the mid 20s, certainly warm enough for the pool, and with only one day of rain. The only thing worth mentioning is that at that time of year, the mosquitoes prevalent in that part of France, start to come out, so it is worthwhile taking the necessary precautions. Again, the villa was well equipped with netting and plug in mosquito repellers. The air conditioning, when needed, worked well and made for comfortable sleeping. The fridge, with ice maker and filtered water on tap, was very welcome. The 65" B&O TV was great, with the kids watching cbeebies a lot of the time. Outside, we made good use of the many seating areas, particularly around the table under the palm with the lovely view of Saint Paul. Although there were adjacent properties, you are not overlooked and there's a strong sense of privacy. The Webber barbecue worked well and was much used, as was the trampoline and kids' play area. The supermarkets (huge Leclerc and smaller Casino) were within 10 minutes drive, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Fine dining and gorgeous views at Alain LLorca en route to St. Paul. The walk up to St. Paul is well worth it, even though quite steep in parts. There's plenty to see and do in this area, with good tourist information and guide books provided. All in all, a hassle free holiday in a lovely setting.
